Bed and pillow size

Hot water was not always available. Water in shwer and basin did not immediately clear. Shower would over flow into bathroom!!! No service in what were supposed to be serviced apartments so we had to wash our own towels even though we were staying at a 4 or 5 star facility. Work that out!!!

We stayed overnight in a room that was not up to Meriton standards for the first night but next day we were relocated to another room that was up to expectations. Manager, Sue very helpful.

Very clean, modern accommodation right in the heart of Bondi Junction. Easy to get anywhere in Sydney by bus or train. Rooms are spacious and clean.

You have to ask for the room to be turned over but they are always very accommodating to be fair

- Arrived at 2.30pm, apartment should have been available at 3pm. Still not available after 4pm. - Apartment smelt of cooking, smell persisted after air freshener spray- Bins full on arrival, in general not cleaned well- Chairs stained, need to be cleaned - In general apartment could have be cleaned & vacuumed more thoroughly - No spare toilet roll- Issues with bedroom TV- No safe in our twin room

Not cleaned enough. Netflix didn’t work on TV remote.

Shower stalls can be cleaner especially around floor edges below the shower doors.

Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Location is excellent - very easy to get to from the airport. Also conveniently located next to the bus station where a bus goes directly to Bondi beach. Room was large and very comfortable for two people.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They go beyond my expectation. The location was great, very close to the train and bus station.

I just didn't like the weather during my stay, as the rains kept me from jogging in the parks nearby.

The location

We had a water leak in our suite. We contacted the staff and asked for another suite. We were told Lady Gaga was in town and all the rooms were taken. Lady Gaga was not in Sydney on Nov 3 and 4. I don’t care to be lied to.

Great stay. Every time we come to Sydney we stay at the Meriton. Great suites, wonderful views and staff. Comfortable and clean. Easy access to public transportation. Anything you need is there!

My rooms view and room size was really nice.

I emailed week earlier to ask to check in by 2-3pm. Normal check in time is 3pm. I arrived by 3, my room wasn't ready. The reception told me they will call me so I left. I came back almost 2 hours later, without a call they promised. Then we started my check-in. This 2 hour late check in actually ruined the next few days, as I missed a colleague as scheduled. I let reception know and they did nothing to rectify or show concern. I know had to stay somewhere else and extend my stay in Sydney for 3 days. Very disappointed, never had to check-in hours late anywhere because their rooms weren't ready.

The view, space, location, beds, facilities

Great location, nice views from one of the windows, easy to get to everything.

The state of the room was a bit shabby overall, there were marks on the walls, the shower left water on the floor after you had a shower, the tap leaked, the air conditioner wasn’t working, everything felt a bit basic/cheap.

Large clean apartment situated next to mall.
