Location was close to bridge, opera house and ferries. View outside was wonderful.

Our bedding wasn’t clean on the first night

Seemed understaffed. Couldn’t get me into my room until 1700 with me really pushing though they kept promising to let me know when the room was ready. Then they didn’t deliver my bag until I had to ask a few times. They did their best to accommodate and give free drinks etc but for a hotel of that calibre you’d hope it wouldn’t come to that.

Fabulous locations and well resourced rooms. Breakfast selection was incredible!

Have always wanted to stay here and it was the perfect choice to celebrate our engagement. The congratulatory cake and bubbles was a perfect touch gifted to us. Thank you. Breakfast in the morning was healthy and divine and the setting was so peaceful. We didn't want it to end.

Location to the city fantastic , the room was large and spacious and the view of the bridge was good. The blackout window coverings are fantastic…slept in as there was no bits of light through an old style curtain.Interested that you are pet friendly, maybe need time we bring along our dog. Very friendly and helpful staff excellent service with nothing too much of a problem. We had an early check in provided which was amazing as we had flown into Sydney very early that morning. The sign up to the Marriott was great to receive discount on lunch and drinks, not sure we should of checked if the 12pm check out was applicable, probably should of asked I guess

we paid over $900 for the night due to it being Valentine’s Day we suspect as the normal rates around $500… nothing special for the occasion other than a special dinner menu at the restaurant which we didn’t attend. Appreciate not everyone celebrates it and it might be difficult to determine however it be noted at check-in …as question !

Sea view room, booked, I had to stand on a stool. Room resembled a glamorous cell . A dressing table would be useful. Definitely feel miss sold.

Excellent staff, thoughtful gestures, very good vibe from other guests. Lovely setting.

The quality of the cocktails. The prices were fine but the drinks taste not up to scratch. Slow service though a number of staff in the service area.

In a fantastic location which was so convenient for the bridge climb , walking to The Rocks , next to the hop on hop off bus stop and so much more

Great location and really peaceful despite being so close to the rocks and main tourist area. The staff Hanna and Christine was most helpful when we requested a room change.

We spent our wedding anniversary here for the weekend. I have stayed at a lot places in my time. This was far by the best experience I have ever had. From the professional and friendy staff to the exceptional food and service.The amenities were top class.Would highly recommend staying here!!
