Staff were very friendly, very helpful. Nice clean facilities, great location.

Too many kids in the pool and spa area.

The bed was super comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was not a lot of choice on the room service menu.

Easy check in. Room ready early which was appreciated. Beds comfortable, air conditioning really good

Lifts were really slow and as a result often full. Staircases were for emergencies only so that wasn't an alternative either.

Location was exceptional with quick and easy journey into the city center + pool & spa facilities are great at the hotel.

Made this booking 3 months in advance and request a king bed however we ended up with 2 singles and this then became an entire day issue as staff were confused and not comminating telling us one thing then doing another.... We had to cut dinner by the harbor short to return to the hotel and move all our belongings to another room with a king bed however once we arrived back at the hotel the bed was fixed to a king in our room which even reception staff didn't know about.... After this was fixed going for a swim also wasn't easy when there was no pool towels free and reception said they had to have towels delivered to us which took around about an hour to show up....Then night time comes and from 7am onwards constant creaking door to what i am guessing is a supply closet and other constant noise made for pretty average sleeps...

The room is clean but not clean enough ( dusty table) very limited of complimenrary for the gués in the room

The buffet breakfast was not up to standard in basic hotel thought the staff is attentive.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to Chinatown and even Darling Harbor. Surprised to know it has an onsite cinema.

Don’t care much about the brick facade wallpaper over the bed.

room is clean, with bright windows.swimming pool is nice, with sauna

mini bar. They claimed that i took drinks form their mini-bar which i didn't. I emailed them back and they rectified for me right away. This is not a major problem, but a nuisance

Room was comfortable, pool was nice feature, excellent buffet breakfast and brewery onsite was a bonus.

Nice size rooms. 30 minute walk to the water. Nice staff. Helpful. Lovely lobby.

Mediocre staff. Front desk was not friendly, and room service barely spoke English.

Not very good value for money as wasn’t much to the room and there were stains on the towels and the shower was either piping hot or cold and sprayed everywhere

Location was great. It's near the Metro/train stations. There's a driveway you can pull in front of the lobby to unload/load your bags from your vehicle or taxi.

The towels are thin, wished they could've been a little thicker. There were mold, dust and hair behind the bathroom sink. Maybe the housekeeper didn't notice it because of the small space.

Location, gym and pool all great. Room was fine. Didn’t eat there, a bit pricey but cafe nearby was cheap as for B and E roll and coffee.

On booking in we were offered a very good rate for breakfast which we took up.The room was spacious.
