Rydges Cronulla Beachside

The beds were so comfortable. Location and view was amazing.

No drawers ro unpack clothes.

We had the worst refrigerator I have ever experienced in about 55 years of staying in motels and hotels.I have also got a credit card bill for $20.50 which I cannot reconcile and which the Rydges person who answered the phone could not find.

The room was ok and it had a balcony, there were town bikes that could be borrowed, I could get ice from the bar.

No face cloths / flannels even when requested. I had to ask for the room to be serviced each day. Room had no crockery, cutlery, salt or pepper, not value for money on any level.

Comfortable bed.

Kitchenette with Microwave, but no microwave bowls or cutlery, so many mini bar items in fridge no room for own items , e.g milk. Kitchenette and mini bar fridge cupboard both needed a clean. USB charging port would be handy.

Location and very helpful staff

Bed was uncomfortable, towels were stained. Carpet was stained

We loved staying here the night after a busy day. A short walk and a refreshing swim at at the beautiful surf in the morning was a delight, returning in time for a decent breakfast. Great memories

The location and staff the most part were quite friendly and helpful - more so in past experience is not so much this one. Rooms are beautiful.

No internet to hotspot into tv - a big let down, it’s 21st century, we should be able to chromeCast to tv but the staff member when I called re: this was very abrupt and dismissive.

First stayed here back in Jan 99 and it looks like it hasnt been decorated since. Stained seats in reception area, marks on walls and carpets. Hotel needs a refresh.

Location is brilliant as it’s close to cafes , supermarket and the beach .

Breakfast was basic and good. The location excellent. Seaview from balcony therapeutic and beautiful.We book Rydges when in Sydney because of the location.. Close to the beach, shops, great restaurants, easy accessibility, safe location.

The cleaning of the rooms can be better. Housekeeping staff very polite but they need training in cleaning the rooms. This time we found the room dusty and needed vacuuming We did not get the type of room we paid for. We were told it depends on our luck... We paid quite a bit for the premium room...

Great location so close to the beach, Very friendly and helpful hotel personnel, secure parking and a very nice upgrade to a room with an exceptional view of Cronulla Beach. Good sized room with a very comfortable bed. Only stayed the one night, will stay for longer next time.

Close to beach an playground - we were with little kids

Nothing - sometimes hard to get out of or into carpark but that was only a small prob
