Spacious suite in a prime location for easy access to Circular Quay. Very accommodating staff.

Location is perfect! Easy walk to circular quay, cafes, restaurants ect. Staff are friendly & accommodating. Family friendly. Highly recommend.

Our apartment could have been cleaner. Kitchen cupboards were dirty, there was food splattered in several spots. Bathroom has cracked tiles. Apartment could do with some tlc.

Everything is near. Great service and good & rich breakfast. Very nice people.

The fact that the person at the desk did not even acknowledge me when trying to check in. Also the air-conditioning unit made a noise the whole night keeping my wife awake. Definitely not worth $500 + per night

Spacious and well located. Comfortable bed and furniture.

Fan in bathroom didn't work. The receptionist's response was "that room doesn't come with a bathroom fan". Imagine my surprise.

Great location. Friendly staff, the apartments were very roomy, with everything you need.We would definitely go back.

A bit pricey.

Everything was good the staff the room and the restaurant. Also. the location was handy.

The door keycard didn’t always work the first time and also it would have been nice if we were told how they work in the lifts.

Its position was great; less than 10 minutes walk to Circular Quay or the end of Harbour bridge to view or walk it. The apartment had everything we needed and nice views (even in our city view room on the 17th floor). It felt spacious and light. There is a small but reasonably equipped gym and an observation area on the 23rd floor. There is lots of history in the area and a walking tour is worthwhile. Also near to the oldest hotel in Sydney which has its own very good brewery.

There is a nice looking 20m pool but we didn’t use it as the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. If you have mobility issues be aware that the apartment is up a steep walk or lots of stairs. Fine if you arrive by taxi. There are good lifts inside the block and there is a lift to take you one road down but walking down a slope still necessary.

Style, location and the views

Quite expensive

The room was in a great location and was perfect for what we needed. Having housekeepers come to the room every day and replace towels and make bed was excellent.

Overall the room was tidy, however, there was a lot of hair in the carpet. We only really noticed this as we had a one year old that was crawling around a lot and was often collecting hair that was not ours. Also, a door on the laundry would be good to block out some of the noise if using the washing machine / dryer.

Convenient location for access to the Overseas Passenger Terminal, staff at check in were amazing, luggage storage while we explored Sydney and had lunch, gave great recommendations for our stay. View was amazing.

For the price we paid, the room was a little rough around the edges.

Things are getting old. Can see chips on tiles - amenities need to be maintained.

The location was amazing. A short walk to the harbour and with plenty of options for parking your rental. This location is fantastic!

The location was amazing. However the room was really dated and the kitchen and washing area were/felt unhygienic and messy. My bedding came with holes and rips and the smell and stains throughout the apartment were awful.

Great location with comfortable accommodation. Very helpful staff. Stored luggage until check-in then delivered them to the room. 6th stay here and would fully recommend it.

The location is amazing, even though a bit tough to push a pram uphill and get to, but still worth the walks and exploring the area

The breakfast choice was limited. There was no room service past 9pm which is inconvenient for international travellers coming from different time zones and after long journeys.We had to call and insist several times to get housekeeping to come in and do a regular clean up.

some of the tiling and shower area could do with an uplift but overall very pleasant.

The handling of our early arrival, the luggage stored, our car parked and access given to the Spa. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to dislike really. The breakfast is fairly limited. If you don’t like eggs you might struggle. It would be good to see more options being added. I ended up going out for breakfast despite having pre paid for it

A wonderful apartment to stay in. Lovely and spacious. Loved having a washer and dryer before our long travel home. The view was gorgeous.

The time it took to get our car from parking. The kiosk/store on the street below...an absolute rip off!!! Seriously!.. make the extra effort and walk to Coles underground by the station.
