Great people behind the front desk. WORLD CLASS location. Excellent room.

Location and view was the only thing I liked

This hotel is a 3 star hotel at most. Rooms are not clean, very old, need lots of remodeling. I had to request switching rooms and even that did not resolve our issues. For that price I recommend to go to a real 5 star hotel like Shangri La or W.

Location and our memories there over the years celebrating our anniversary

Did not get room service of late night snacks (orange and almond cake) and was not offered anything else to substitute. Not even a cup of ice cream when we asked The manager on that shift was rude and condescending. It turns out we did get the orange and almond cake when we ordered our breakfast in bed at 9 clock so

There was a staff member at breakfast who was rude and I asked to change tables as I had booked 10 rooms and wanted to sit together and they said there was no tables to do so and then I heard her talking about us with another staff member was very unprofessional.

The design of the room is great and the location is stunning. The staff were very helpful. The concierge was quick to help with bags and the front of desk, especially Kim, was kind and helpful when the air conditioning failed, quickly moving us to a new room.

We actually use the kitchen which may not happen all the time so we noticed the absence of some niceties such as sharp knives, peeler, paper towel, oven mitts, oven tray and can opener. They would have been nice additions.

The location was incredible

There was a few broken tiles in the pool however it was a beautiful temperature and beautiful spa

Loved the view of The Harbour, ships coming and going. Ferries were never ending.

The breakfast menu and the staff.The staff were inattentive throughout our entire breakfast. Below par breakfast for what we paid for it.

This is my favourite hotel and I always book here when I stay in the city. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and well appointed with everything you need, including your own laundry. The front desk staff are also consistently wonderful.

Unfortunately, despite being a repeat and loyal guest, and always asking well in advance to be placed on a higher floor - they keep placing me on the lowest floors when I check in. I know my room type is available up to the highest floor.So, not sure why this keeps happening to me, but I won't be back again.Also, the new room service menu requires a re-think, the flavours were off to me, and it is missing basic and trusted staples for room service. I did not enjoy anything from the new menu and would not order anything from there again.

The staff where very friendly and congratulated me on my anniversary with complementaries.

Love the location. The Room is excellent, but it does need maintenance.The same with pool needs maintenance.As there's tiles missing.As i did see a young girl cut her foot.But we do love the place .

The size of the apartment and the location is unbeatable, directly in front of the ferry’s to take you almost anywhere. Short 15 minute walk to Pitt St Mall for shopping. 5 minut ex walk to the Rocks.

Location, kitchen & laundry facilities.

Hot Water wasn’t consistent.

Location is perfect. Communication from the hotel before check in was the best I’ve ever had, accommodating 2 adults and 3 children. Reception staff were all beautiful and incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Room service meals average and overpriced - should have made the effort to go downstairs!

Location to major tourist attractions. Easy walking distance to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rock area.

Great location and very comfortable apartment with good facilities

One of the 2 lifts broke down for a day.
