- The hotel staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful.
- Location is very convenient, close to Harbour, Sydney Opera House, public transportation.
- The clean in the room, bathroom and the customer service I loved
Cons -
- Glass disappeared from our room after housekeeping.. That's not acceptable for 5 star hotel. Refrigerator was crazy small and fit with different type of drinks we didn't really need.
