The balcony was perfect as an indoor/outdoor area. It allows some protection from weather. Great kitchen facilities adn excellent furnishings making use of a small space without feeling claustrophobic.

Nobody ansering door when we were checking in... and no staff visible at reception. An intercom woudl help

It's relatively neat and clean. The location is great - lots of restaurants in close proximity, bus-stop is only a short walk away (for bus to the city), staff is friendly.

The intercom phone in my room was not working.

The hotel was incredibly well connected, it was very easy to catch a bus to the beach or even to walk there, as well catching the train back to the airport. Room was spacious and well equipped, couldn't have been better.

the location was excellent

the apartment didn't have a safe and you weren't able to rent one and the cleaner didn't lock my door after they're visit one day. I reported this to reception and they're response was they had cameras. The apartment looked worn and tired in places, the kitchen doors were warped and bubbled and the vents on the balcony doors didn't work and were very stiff to open to the point I didn't bother, probably a good thing as it looked out over KFC and you could smell the restaurant.

Location was great. Close to Prince of Wales hospital. Bed very comfortable.

No blinds on window.

The bed was super comfy, it was brilliant.

Bottles of water in the fridge would have been really helpful. The bathroom is pretty tiny and lots of black mould in the shower.

The pictures did not match the suite we were rented; It was dated and reminiscent of old student accommodation. That said, the location was spot on and we did enjoy our stay

Location because we were attending a concert at the SCG and that there was on-site parking available.The desk changed our pre-allocated car park to one that suited our vehicle better.

No clear sign at the entry door.

Central location to beaches.

Overall condition of the room was average. There were signs of some past repairs that look like patch jobs and very noticeable.

Great location, close to public transport and beaches. Easy access in and out. Friendly staff but not in your face. Super comfortable beds. Fantastic to have washing machine and dryer.

Aside from the beds, the furniture was just plain uncomfortable. We got an apartment so we’d have a place to relax in between activities and both the couch and chair were desperately uncomfortable and impossible to relax in. The dining chairs weren’t terribly comfortable either and the large irregular shaped glass coffee table dinged all three of us on the shins multiple times. A few minor issues - musty smell, floorboards uneven/incomplete finish to the wall. Balcony area wasn’t appealing or comfortable enough to sit in.

The area close to the light rail & buses into the city. Bus stop outside to Coogee beach, lots of shops as you step out the apartment.

Nothing, it was all good

The staff were very responsive to any needs I had. The location is great and the facilities really good.

There are a few maintenance issues. For example, there was an almost constant drip - probably from an aircon - onto a plastic barrier outside my balcony. So, I was not able to sleep with the window open. In a similar manner, because there is no ventilation, that also made me have to use the aircon, when if there were ceiling fans, that would have been adequate for some nights.

Location was convenient for UNSW campus mx. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice private veranda, good kitchen set up and air conditioning good on hot humid day.

Toilet hadn’t been flushed. Big crack in kitchen bench. Renovation hadn’t been property finished with dirt traps and gaps below bathroom door . Bathroom cupboard wouldn’t open properly. TV was small and not many channel selections

Property was ideally located for the city centre, beaches and lots of restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Apartment was kept clean.

The only negative is they did not clean the balcony area.

Staff was lovely and accomodating. Room was clean and well set up.

Wifi barely worked.

Location, price, privacy and good customer service.Location, you’re on the Main Street and not far from the essentials like transport, shopping and restaurants.The young fella that served us on arrival was lovely, smiling and went above and beyond during check and assisted us with parking.Acceptable price given the standard of the hotel.Quiet and private

Photos online definitely make it look a lot nicer and newer than what it is. However it was good enough for the price paid and we didn’t expect anything 5 star..

Apartment style hotel. With kitchen and washmachine. Very comfortable

Value for money

Checking in. We arrived early as requested. Room not ready . That's OK. We're told by reception he would phone us. No call. Returned4hrs later. Front door locked and guy on reception was unable to be contacted.

Great service

Room type not flagged clearly enough as a micro studio apartment, but when questioned was able to upgrade, even though we were charged a reduction, thought the advertising/marketing could be better, showing clearly the room types, specifically, with the micro apartment, which only shows when looking at floor plan.

Nice layout and clean. Quality linen, bathroom products upmarket, good kitchenette and reliable air-con. Central location at shops and transport stops for bus and light rail. Enjoyed the view and being on a higher level. Distant and at an angle views of the water. Apartments up the hall may have better views. Joanna at reception was helpful and confident with assisting tourist.

My apartment faced Royal Randwick Shopping Centre. To sleep you might need the windows closed as you can hear hum from air-cons on the roof there.
