Staff were amazing. - but all were excellent!

Travelling with kids, we reserved two rooms side-by-side and loved the interconnecting doors from the vestibule/private entrance. This meant that we could have privacy and knew the kids were safe next door and they wouldn't be able to open their main door without us also knowing.The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were very comfy.

Onsite parking was a little pricey considering the location.

I loved the hotel it was amazing! All the facilities like the microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stove. It had just about everything you would need to not have to leave the hotel. It was very very clean and amazing views. Loved it!

The staff at reception weren't that friendly. They weren't rude but they just weren't really that approachable. Also the person in the kitchen serving breakfast wasn't really that great with their customer service. So smiling more and being more welcoming would have been a bonus.

Street noise if you are in a front-facing apartment. We were able to get a quieter apartment after 2 nights thanks to a great employee, Sayana.

Location, Compact room

The idea of having only one housekeeping for a 4 day stayAnd no housing job was done for us during a 3 day stay

Everything. room clean , spacious and well provided, very comfortable Service immaculate, staffs are very pleasant, friendly and responsive. It's the second time I stayed in this hotel for more than 3 weeks each time. I really like this hotel. Metro station right next to hotel making transportation soon easy Will come again

Hotel seems new or newly renovated. Reasonably large room and amenities were up to date and competitive. Good location near subway station so very easy going to Chatswood/Sydney/Macquarie Center.

Cafe seems to have limited menu, would recommend expanding the menu and breakfast buffet list.Would like daily room refresh vs 1 major and 1 minor clean that was the standard offering.

Staff were awsome and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful

had cockroaches in my room, called on numerous occasions to speak with the manager about this but never received a call back. I would understand if they thought i was making it up, but i had photos which i had showed to the floor staff the morning after. I think it is very unprofessional as this was my first stay and a conversation could have at least clarified to me weather this is a common occurance with you guys and helped me decide weather to stay with you again. Although the only issue i had, i think it quite a significant one. thanks.

The property was neat & clean with attention to detail and big open spaces.

House keeping can be more often.

24/7 reception.We were given late check out upon request.Updated fixture and appliances. Quality touch everywhere. It's apparent that the provider has tried to do their best to stand out from the crowd.Very comfortable and elegant accommodation overall.

Minor issue but there was some restriction on air conditioning control panel in our room.We couldn't put our room temp higher than 23 degrees. I've got a small child who don't like to put blanket on him and got cold/cough and we wanted to put the room temp 24 degrees for him but we couldn't due to the temperature setting restrictions. He felt a little cold on the first night but since this is a matter of 1-2 degrees, it was not a big deal for us. Provider can consider to allow room temperature to set 1-2 degrees higher if that's possible.

Staff was professional and very friendly. Entire experience was of a high standard and would highly recommend. Close to metro, offers shuttle service to those staying for business. Room quality was first rate - large bedroom with great views as well as well appointed living room and kitchen. Service at this hotel was outstanding - very good staff and management. Highly recommend.

I would suggest to get guests to do breakfast you should upgrade your offerings - warm dishes etc. You should also offer complimentary coffee via a machine in your lobby.

The room was lovely, and bed was very comfy! I've stayed at Veriu broadway and enjoyed the decor and comfort. The bathroom facilities were great and the outdoor area on level 2 is lovely. Staff were polite and there are plenty of shops and parks nearby.

I didn't realise parking wasn't included in cost. Had I known that I may have chosen a cheaper hotel. Free Parking in this area is hard. I spoke to someone at Veriu on the phone, and they said that unfortunately Bookings.com don't allow them to indicate parking is $35 which is odd and misleading. Traffic can also be loud during peak time if that bothers you.

We had a Executive 2 bedroom apartment which was really 2 apartments with their own door and a common foyer. The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. Check in was great, we did this at reception. Great view of the city, we could even see the harbour bridge. Kitchen facilities are fantastic as well. My daughter-in-law used the gym and said it was very well set out as well.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

Great value for money! Room was very large with well appointed decor. The bed was super comfy! Location is great, with the train station only a very short walk from the hotel. The employees are very kind and helpful.

The location was excellent for my work, within 100m and very close to Macquarie Park metro station.

I was very pleased with the quality of service provided. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location was also highly convenient.

There was nothing I was dissatisfied with. Everything was well-organised and met expectations
