could've used a full length mirror. and the lift "bongs" to announce its arrival could be heard from my room (which wasn't next door) - kept thinking my alarm was going off.

Great location and a really pleasant staff. Rooms were a decent size.

There was a rack which acted like a closet but our particular room did not have a dedicated closet.

The staff was very helpful. A plus. The neighborhood was good for me. Potts Point. More for restaurants than shopping. If you're a jogger, beautiful park close by.

Bathroom door was not functioning properly. Room was not turned during our 2 night stay.Had to remake bed upon arrival because sheets were not tucked-in properly to begin with.For $384 (Aussie) I expected a little more attention to detail.

The room and view were excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. Also loved the breakfast.

The property was clean and the staff were nice and they had the best tasting tea I have ever had.

We stayed on a Friday night and it was very noisy outside. Not the hotels fault but we didn’t get much sleep. Also wasn’t keen on the opaque walls of the bathroom.

The hotel had building work when we arrived. So we were upgraded to a room far away from the noise. Staff were charming & went out of their way to ensure we had a restful stay
