Vibe Hotel Sydney

The room was a good size, comfortable bed & great shower.

Very big hiccup at the start, let down with the requested room type but fortunately the lovely Clara was up to the challenge. Well done her, finding us great accomodation with very a very professional yet friendly manner.

Could be cleaner, bathroom was a bit grubby, door needed a good clean.

Location was great, room was spacious and had everything I needed.

There was no view but it didn’t bother me as I was out most of the time.

All good , near subway and bus stop , near China town , room clean , have windows , customer service when check in very friendly and nice .

Can give 2 bottles water every day at least :)

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was great for us in its closeness to the trains etc. Nice to have a Coles down the road for purchases. Room was clean and exactly as expected. The pool and gym were great. We did have trouble changing the water from the bath to the shower and had to put the bath plug pushed under the lift button to use shower. I think larger rubbish bins would be great, a plug for the sink in the bathroom would be good. We would stay again at this Hotel.

The location, as opposed to the hotel, was excellent, with many parts of central Sydney easily accessible on foot or on public transport.

The room was dated and badly maintained, with the carpet stained, the furnishings run down, and the overall standard of cleanliness inadequate for a supposedly four star hotel. Given the price, it is difficult to recommend the hotel for anything but its location.

Super comfortable. Big rooms. Lovely, attentive staff. Easy to get around from.

Location is very handy, price is generally acceptable and quite competitive

The toilet location is funny, and the water flow is very small when flushing. The shower is in the bathtub, very cheap and not safe. You can understand that nobody will use the bathtub when there is a shower on it. Better remove the bathtub.

Vibe Hotel is a great mix between fancy and affordable, offers a delicious restaurant downstairs and we felt safe during out whole stay. Reception staff were easy to contact and the room was clean. You can only access the lifts with a key card, which we liked.

Shower over the bath isn’t ideal for people with mobility concerns. The top of the wardrobe dividing the bedroom and bathroom was very dusty, as someone with dust allergies this was unfortunate.

There were aspects of the room that were a bit dirty. The chair in the room had a lot of stains on it. Other areas were all clean and new.

They gave us an early check in and room upgrade free of charge.

Large room size

Our room was unfortunately so dirty - hair everywhere which was just gross. All abit dated and drab.

Location was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast bar was satisfactory

First room we had on the first floor was too noisy. Noise came from the outside, not from the hotel. I asked for a room change the next morning and they gave us a nice room on a higher floor. That new room was so nice and spacious.

Easy to book in, helpful staff and a very convenient location.

Would like if the room size were a little larger.
