Quest at Sydney Olympic Park

Facilities: washing machine and dryer were convenient.Kitchenette was well supplied. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well.Pillow spray was a lovely accent, showing that you were being well catered for.

Professional welcome, quality and cleanliness of accommodation

Having a kitchenette was very convenient, especially with Woolworths right nearby. Room was comfortable in size for a short stay and lots of cupboard and hanging space.

The air conditioning is centrally operated, and while this is noted, the room felt quite warm and stuffy during my stay. This accommodation may be better suited to winter stays.

The day time reception staff were fantastic, the night staff member who checked us in was very disengaged when asked questions if there was a breakfast etc The room and all facilities were extremely clean and comfortable

Gym needs a couple of fans, three of us in there in the morning, it smelt pretty bad. The big TV to watch sunrise was fantastic

The staff and service was excellent. We have stayed here before and that was the reason we came back.We would reccommend the apartments to anyone staying at Olympic park.

Nothing to be honest

2 twin beds put together never experienced this in any hotel ever always had 1 whole bed were never advised would be 2 beds. Tiny shower husband is 6 foot tall injured himself trying to wash himself.i wanted to check out immediately. 7 days later still waiting for booking.com to refund remaining accommodation

Apartment facilities were excellent- it was great having a little kitchen and fridge, and a Woolies around the corner :)

The two gentlemen that met me in reception at 10:30 p.m. made me feel very welcome provided me with bottles of water and a bit of laughter

The overall experience at Quest was exceptional. Booked the night to attend the Lady GaGa concert. The staff handled managing the crowds before and after the concert exceptionally well. Very smooth getting back up to our room and they were handing out complimentary snacks and water while in lounge. Also the apartment was the cleanest I have ever stayed in with lovely personal touches.

We could not find fault with this property at all.

Location was good as attending a concert.

The room was quiet small, and we vould hear the noise of dripping water in the bathroom pipework!

The website, and other travel sites, say there is an onsite restaurant and room service. Unfortunately this hotel offers neither. The glassware in the cupboard was dirty, but with a kitchenette and dishwashing liquid, this was easily remedied.

The apartment was well-designed, clean, and situated in a great location. It was easy to walk to both the supermarket and the concert venue. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning was problematic because it couldn't be adjusted to a lower temperature. Coming from a cooler climate, the heat felt quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. As a result, I had to turn off the air conditioner and leave the balcony doors open.

Air con in our room was broken, they did ask us to move but we were already settled in they were very accommodating and bought us a fan and also a snack basket.

Great location. Quiet room. Balcony with nice outlook over tree lined street.

Would love to have had a cafe on site as I travelled for an event, and to be able to have a quick breakfast before and a nice meal on site after the event would have been great, but not a game changer for booking Quest.

Location to Quodos Stadium

The pillows on the bed were too hard and high for me. I ended up using a bathroom towel for a pillow.The elevators were a nightmare. Long line ups to use the only two in the hotel and it seemed to keep missing our floor. Bad set up.

Clean, spacious and very quiet.

Our Aircon unit did not work properly, was too hot, even when set to 19 on cooling warm air was coming out so we just turned it off and opened patio door .

The location is excellent. It is near the train station and stadium.There are chocolates on the lobby and my kid loves eating.

The size is unexpectedly small with no washing machine. I've lived in Quest in Auckland and Bendigo before with washing machine. The staff welcomed us told us there is washing machine but finally there isn't in the room. We would like to change the room but we are told that there is no vacant room because of the rugby match in the stadium. We're quite disappointed. Though there are washing machine on the ground floor, the clothes are not well dried. My husband needed to go down to the laundry room several times to dry the clothes.Even worse, we stayed in hotel for 3 nights. There was no room cleaning unexpectedly. The rubbish in our room was not removed until I notify the staff. Finally the room was cleaned only on the third day that we stayed.
