Clean new facilities

Bed Bugs in the bed! Now I am covered with beg bug bites! This is a terrible hotel, a health hazard. I even saw them crawling across the sheets.

Nice big room plenty of space, huge bathroom designed for disabilities, good access to lift to lower floor level, food was okay at there restaurant for dinner and lunch the staff were very helpful, a useful left next to the steps to have access to the car park outside which was locked between 4 am to 10 am yes I would stay there again.

These are just little things. Need more comfortable chairs to sit in with armrest bathroom, towel rail lying on the floor had to reinstall it as part of my trade, however should be replaced with a grab rail, the unit was a bit grubby around the cabinets furniture not been cleaned thoroughly. Please replace the toilet brush holder its rusty looks awful.

Easy to get into the city and to the airport

You could sometimes hear someone walking around if they were being very loud but only happened twice during our 3 day stay

Location and the easy of access to everything. Got a private parking which is always a bonus for someone driving their own car.

Room was little bit dark and no windows.

After the incident with the underwear we were offered another room. I just wish they’d given this one to us first. It was excellent, spacious, clean and a nice outlook. Such a shame we had to experience that first room! Considering also that many rooms were empty.

The room we were given was tiny, not good value for the price we paid. And then…the very worst experience, faeces stained woman’s underwear on the floor beside the bed!!We dined in and had a lovely meal, the staff were very friendly. Until I found a black hair in mine (it wasn’t the chef’s, he was bald)We were too shocked to take a pic of that room or the underwear!

Comfortable bed!

Car park closed overnight till 10am. Unable to exit before that time and the alternative is to find street parking instead. Check in is at the bar.

Quiet room. Restaurant downstairs very good food and value.

Location was great, quiet rooms and parking available. Great accomodation for short stays.

Dusty side table, dusty extraction fan in the bathroom.

Conveniently located comfortable bed.

There was a smell in the room that seemed to come from the bathroom like a sulphur odour. Every time I came back into the room I could definitely smell it.

Great location, good value for money, friendly/efficient staff, parking at rear, compact a/c room.

Room was not serviced on the second day, had to ask at bar for fresh towels. WiFi was a bit hit/miss.

The location was perfect, the room and ensuite was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent location, short walk to train station,All you need for a short trip, food, beer, sports, betting, pokies, what more do you need, fantastic.

Location is great. Easy access to public transport. Has accessible rooms and parking.

Bed needs renewing and sheets don't fit correctly. Towel rack in the bathroom not secured, fell off went lent on. Towel was stained.
