Loved the bistro for the food drinks and friendly staff. Always accommodating ?

Rooms were pretty rough in the bedroom area. Floor was very sticky with a strong musty mouldy smell. Bathroom was clean & updated. Linen and towels was clean ?

Clean, comfortable room next to a nice restaurant and sports bar.

Complete Disgrace.....would never stay at this hotel again.

Terrible room. Located next to the keno bar where there were lots of loud drunken patrons carrying on through the night.The room was a disgrace! No table, chairs, no facilities to hang up/store clothing, dirty bedside benches, leaking shower handle, no toilet roll holder, TV would not work; kettle cord would not reach power point; think bed cover that was so short it wouldn't cover the whole body of guest using bed; thin soft mattress.Also hotel provided no guest book with local attractions; hotel protocols; access to WiFi etc

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. It enjoys a good location. It offers easy access to and from Sydney. It has a big parking lot. The room and bathroom were clean.

It is a run down place (corrdior carpet needs cleaning, the furniture in the room is old, etc.). We asked for a late check in but it was a bit chaotic: it was dark and the staff attending were not knowledgeable enough to offer us any information we requested. The hotel shares the facilities with a casino and its customers walk around drinking, smoking, which is a hassle if you travel with children.

Easy to get an uber, friendly and clean.

Arrived 10 minutes before check in, didn’t have keys for the room and didn’t know when they would get them. We got the keys half hour after check in. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and seems very unorganised. Had to pay a security deposit even though I had through booking.com. Staff had left cleaning products in the rooms, floors weren’t vacuumed and the beds were broken. Bed heads were broken and sitting on the ground. Barely any lighting.

Overall staff were friendly and it was ok

power points didn't work, couldn't open any windows, furniture and curtains all damaged, pillows and bed OK

Furniture in the room was broken, manager was not helpful when i came from overseas at 6am and didnt want to allow an early check in unless i pay additional fees, i waited till 2pm but then my room wasnt ready on time, on top of that the quality of the room wasnt great..

The bathroom was pretty gross,I couldn't shower in it, so I gave the bathroom a good scrub,got rid of most of the mold,which I think was cleaned ,NEVER!! think the hotel should consider hiring new cleaners,there was also a used fit under the bed and pair of smelly socks,after I gave the place a good clean ,I actually didn't mind staying there,I mean for the price it was great....but thats after I cleaned it.Cleaners-your welcome!

Window was broken, facility was filthy. Couldn't sleep over sound of pokies

Its good value for money. The location is really great with everything 15 minutes' drive related to my preferences. Overall, its a motel but its ok for a night or two.

The hotel was a bit old inside and would be good if it had a toaster. The beds were comfy.

Very noisy, no toaster, hot water was just warm in the morning, smoking everywhere in the club

No public transport around, very not accessible to everywhere. There is a casino right underneath. It is a motel and not hotel like how they advertised

It is very much a hotel over a working pub! The price was great for what we got! If you want five star luxury this is not for you.

The venue is in breach of Australian anti smoking laws. People smoke throughout the venue. As a result the venue smells and is contaminated.

Comply with legislation. Smoking indoors is illegal.

Too noisy, you could hear everything from other room next.

The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the room did not match the photos advertised on the website.

The. Price was right only get what you pay for

Milk was off and biscuits were stail on hanger for toilet paper no seat to sit and have cup of tea should do better than this

It would have been good if there was a washing machine and drier in the room It would also be good if it cost a lot less than what we paid
