Great location, great staff

We had a few issues… When we arrived our bathroom sink was clogged and very slow to drain, but we were tired and just thought we’d deal with it. We eventually called and it was fixed promptly but I feel like it was something housekeeping should have noted. Also when we arrived, there were bugs crawling all around our shower drain. I tried washing them down and they definitely lessened after we showered the next day. I guess I should have reported them but my husband said there was likely nothing the hotel could if they were in the drains. We also had the door automatically go closed late at night between the 2 apartments we had. Again, we were in bed so didn’t call till morning, but it meant we had to go out in the hallway to get to our daughter’s room. And lastly, we had a blind that had come out of its track so light shined through the crack straight onto my husband in the morning. While the place appeared to be a luxury accommodation, the upkeep was questionable.

We like the central position of the hotel.

Second time in a few weeks in this hotel. This time the room was enough dirty and with problems at various facilities (sink of the bathroom and of the kitchen, fridge,...).We ordered two times the room service for breakfast, the first time was good the second terrible.Respect the first time, we were on a different side of the building with a construction in front of us and a lot of noise in the morning

I love the position and the facilities of the room.

The room can be a bit cleaner and the bathroom sink had some problem.

Location was incredible, super comfortable room with all amenities

Cleaning was not the greatest on our arrival, but once we spoke to the concierge, the manager checked the room herself.

Shower in bathroom doesn't have a great mechanism for water not to spill allover the whole bathroom.Tumbler only works with 3 items of clothing at once.Difference between bottom.and top reception unclear.One nightstand lamp was broken. We reported it. They said they would fix it within two days and then didnt.On arrival the first room we got had a non functioning handle on the bathroom door. We reported it ans got moved to a different room.We got a late checkout offered to compensate for this. We later asked if the checkout could be pushed back further as we had to visit a doctor, we couldn't (which of course is understandable). I don't get offered the late checkout as a paying option, which I had to clear up that again, they had already given that to me. It felt annoying.

Beautiful, clean facilities, staff were amazing and accommodating for our babymoon. The staff made our stay very special.

We loved the 2 room apartment, the staff was exceptional and being located next to the train station was bonus.

The A by Adina is in a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to the Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, St. Mary's Cathedral, ANZAC memorial, and the ferry to the Taronga Zoo. Being downtown means there are excellent restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. The tram stops just outside the front door on York Street and there many great places to shop on Pitt Street. The staff were exceptional - check in and check out were a breeze - and the room was refreshed every day.

I booked in at the Adina specifically because they offered a kitchenette, washer & dryer. But the kitchen was not fit for purpose. There was only a sink and a hob - side by side - but no place to do any food prep. There was one fork and two spoons for cutlery. The small mini bar refrigerator was almost completely full of wine, water, and soda (these were extra and had to be paid for) which left no room for items I might have bought at the store. I had hoped to prepare breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but had to dine out for all my meals, which was not what I had planned.

Stylish, clean and functional room. Lots of extra touches.

We were on floor 11 and we did hear the music downstairs at a nightclub till early hours of morning. It didn’t wake me up, but a was a little restless and when I did wake briefly I could hear it and then couldn’t get back to sleep for ages.

Great location and friendly staff. My room had a washing machine, and the kitchenette was well-equipped for preparing a simple breakfast.

The construction next to the hotel was a downside, as it could be noisy and dusty during the day.

Location and apt size/design.

Elevators. Too techy and far too complicated, I prefer the old fashion push button.

Very modern. Room layout was nice, separating the bedroom from functional space. Curtains opened as I walked in revealing great views of city.

2pm check in is late for those attending events. However the wonderful receptionist had me in by 12

there is major construction outside of hotel daily just as an FYI. this does create a sizable amount of noise and requires drop off about half a block fromhotel with your luggage

The night blinds in my room were not working properly, which caused an early wake-up due to daylight.I was also surprised to see that the tote bag available in the room was charged after my check-out, even though I only used it briefly to place my belongings in the storage room before my late flight.I find it a bit disappointing that this was charged without any verification, especially considering that no gesture was offered for the inconvenience caused by the faulty night blind.

Located right at the city centre. Easy access to city tram and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, pubs and literally everything

there was a construction site right opposite the hotel. and hence not easily accessible by car. and confused to locate during the night due to the road closure around. However, the construction is not causing any noise to the room, which is good.

The hotel was a convenient location , great spot in the city and close to transport, the rooms were spotless and the overall hotel was great.
