The location is brilliant. Easy access to railway, restaurants and shops

Dryer was set too low on the wall so you could not lift the lid up fully on the washing machine. Crockery and cutlery was random. We had 1 dessert spoon, 2 soup spoons, 3 forks, 4 knives. Grout needs cleaning in bathroom floor.

Lots of noise at night whilst trying to sleep, from the train station and traffic

Great location, comfortable, easy, clean.

Room was just a little dated and worn.Bath water kept running weirdly yellowish. But shower and tap water were fine.

I was extremely impressed with the staff on reception. We arrived early after I had had an eye operation. The woman on reception was really kind and found us an apartment we could upgrade to and I could get the sleep I needed. We had travelled from the Blue Mountains - a 4am start to get to the hospital. On departure, the reception staff were friendly and also kind - allowing us to leave our luggage until we were ready to head back to the mountains. The apartment was lovely but the staff made our stay really comfortable. Thank you.

Staff very accommodating to all requests. Very friendly. Proximity to Metro network and parking onsite made travel from a regional area easy. Highly recommend.

Loved the room, the location of the hotel, so convenient..definetly booking another stay when we next visit sydney

Location and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room have issue with noise from pipe hissing sound when next room using the shower early morning. Didn’t have good sleep. Got transfer to another room but AC is not working. Was given pedestal fan instead as no other room available. We have to leave the sliding door open for fresh air. Small compensation given but not enough to make up all the hassle and bad night sleep. Will not stay here again.

I always stay at Mantra when visiting our offices in Chatswood. Great location, near transportation and restaurants

Other fam member paid $500 for the week less and had king size beds and serviced without asking. We paid the most and had double bed and had to beg for our room to be serviced

Location was great and convenient. Staff were friendly.

Cost for parking is excessive and should be included for the price that was paid for the room. No balcony furniture was disappointing.

Comfy clean room, laundry facilities in room were handy. Prompt assistance with a broken shower head.

Shower head was broken but was repaired while we went shopping.

The location was excellent with just a short stroll to Chatswood Station and plenty of shopping and eating out places around the corner.

Swimming pool wasn't heated but there was a hot tub with jets which was good. Rooms and fixtures are getting old and needs a renovation soon, as some things do not work properly. ie: Room safe/Door locks/etc

Location was great for were I needed to go.Room was spacious.And bed was quiet comfortable.

Didn’t like dirty coffee mug put back in cupboard, dried up milk or ice cream on bench top and used tissues or paper towel left out on balcony

Location very close to the station. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wasn't very clean. Did not look like it was vacuumed. There were lots of hair in the floor of the bathroom and in shower.

Staff were amazing and helpful. The location is really good.

The room was really dusty and unclean. There was accumulated dust on the window sill, and fake lashes from a previous guest on the bathroom floor.

not as clean as I expect of an Accor property moved room due to first room not clean, think dust on bedside tables .. not great for someone with allergies they accommodated a room change straight away, no questions asked inspected pillows. stain marks all over them only a pillowcase…. ? no pillow protectors for a apartment hotel. they should be replaced or ensure clean
