The room we received was not as advertised when booking, there was a lot less space, a few centimetres gap from the end of the bed to get to get to the balcony or toilet. Amenities were not as promised.

Staff were friendly and attentive. We arrived early to store our bags but we were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated after an early morning flight. We booked the tiny room which suited us for two nights but may be small for others so read the room description carefully. The team were exceptionally hospitable who helped us hide balloons for a fellow guests birthday! little gestures for their birthday were very much appreciated. The sofa and bar area was a great addition and nice to rest and unwind. Location is near a mixture of restaurants, cafes and bars. Public transport including boat and tram are within 5 minutes walk.

Everything was great and would definitely stay again.

Ease of access and location were perfect for me. Coffee was good and staff was helpful. Restaurant closed a little too early. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Free water was nice.

The location is superb. Close to all transport, cafes, wharf. The staff were welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom amenities. Which can also be purchased at the hotel. All in all, great stay!!

The initial room we were allocated was for independent living occupants (which we didn't ask for), e.g. large shower for wheelchair, shower and toilet handrails and no window which can be claustrophobic. We spoke to reception (thank you Coco) and were allocated another room (with a window) more suitable for the next day.

Location great to be sufficiently close to most of city’s parts. Nice bathroom with all the facilities available and fantastic products to use.

There was a lot of dust set in my room such as the side tables, phone and tv console. It seemed like there was no dust cleaning in the room for weeks. I noticed that from my first day in the room till 5 days later when I left. Clearly the cleaners didn’t take the time of dusting away the surfaces which is really not very hygiene in a room that doesn’t have any open windows to help with decompressing the stuffy atmosphere. The aircon gave away some weird stuffy smell so the staff cannot purely rely on aircon to clean the atmosphere and some proper dedusting would be needed. There were also some stains in the sofa which was really the only place to sit other than the bed and I personally didn’t feel comfortable sitting with my clean clothes or pyjamas on a sofa in a dirty condition.

Initial view was how small room was, but it proved very efficient with everything I needed for a 2 night stay.

It a was a strong noise outside my balcony ,that kept me awake one night.Something to do with the rain and some metal, can not really figure it out, but it disturb my sleep .My room was very small, which I knew from before, so not an issue for me.If you have more then one suitcase it wont fit.

Great location. We enjoyed Darling Harbour and catching the very nearby ferry. The Maritime Museum was also excellent. Very tasty and well presented breakfasts. Very comfortable bed. Staff lovely and attentive.

As older people who go to the bathroom in the night, the tight bed situation was very tricky. So much so I asked to change to a bigger room but none were available. In my side of bed no room for table and bed jammed up against the patio window. Also we had too much luggage for the room at the start of a 3 week trip.

Room service was not done each day and on the day the day it was done some things were not replaced such as tea/coffee.

Great location, walking distance to the main city centre, like 10 mins tops, very clean hotel, loved the rituals products in the bathroom, also the Dyson hairdryer was nice. The rooms tv has chrome cast which is handy. Lovely complimentary coffee and teas and biscuits, slippers in room. There was an in room safe too. Good value for the price I got. Comfortable stay, would recommend.

Location was perfect. We were so close to Darling Harbor and had dinner across the road! We were just a short stroll to the fireworks and it was a lovely evening for our visitors from the UK. Staff were great and the breakfast was very good. We spent some time in the lobby seating area having cocktails which was an added bonus.

The room was a good size but the abundance of furniture made it feel a little cramped. Our family member from the UK had booked a bigger room but without the harbor view and said their room was spacious.

Location was great. Very clean room and friendly staff.

This was certainly on me for not reading closely but we booked a “compact” double and it was just that. Very small. Bed pushed against the corner so only open, barely, at the foot and one side, and a bathroom. No desk, chairs, etc.Having said that, it was nice and it was clean.Location made up for it!

In the way property looks, and facilities, it was good.

The review is related to the staff, I saw how they were serving other tables, great service, tap water, and quick interaction, but with me as single, was so different.I had to go to the counter to order twice, and once was served with water.Plus, my friend on our way back to the airport call to ask she left a purse there just to immediately to go back, and the staff who picked the call said, will call you right now after checking, and no one called her back for something that was urgent.
