Good location nice apartment

Sheets smelt like mould. Like they had been washed and sat in the washing machine for too long. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor.

Good location and really comfy bed

No chairs or table on balcony and only 1 clean for a 2 weeks stay.

I was given verbal approval for 11 Am checkout with no extra charge on Friday call. This was not honoured all messages said must leave by 10 or extra charge. Not enough cutlery in room. To expensive for a very small single room.

Out door space (courtyard) and proximity to the bus stop, having a microwave and fridge was helpful.

The room felt VERY dirty; there were cockroaches running around the floors; the bathroom was so small and stinky; the shower door didn't stay open and it hit the toilet when you opened the door; only one of the vanity doors opened fully; the sink was so tiny and misplaced you couldn't even use it to wash your face or brush your teeth (had to use the kitchen sink) because it was impossible to reach into; the fridge door section where you are supposed to put milk and drinks was broken (missing shelf); the pots and pans provided as kitchen utensils burned when you placed them on the induction stove (I was worried I would burn the place down); plus the wouldn't let me stick around for another hour while I waited for transport after check out, instead they said it would be an additional $40!

No lift i am 80 and on level 3 not easy. Speps dirty.

My husband had to clean the aircon in order for it to work. Very blocked filter and dirty. The bathroom was very small

Absolutely perfect for me. Easy free parking on the street (and there's also a garage but I never needed it). The single studio was cozy, modern, clean and functional. It had everything that I may need for my stay (complimentary soap and shampoo, dish detergent, bin bags, coffe, tea, sugar, etc). 10 minutes walk to Coogee beach and 10 minutes drive from Bondi and other areas of the Eastern Suburbs. the water in the shower had a good pressure, the AC was working perfectly. I wish I had found this place earlier!!

Everything was perfect for me.

It actually exceeded my expectations. It has everything needed for a good stay. Plenty of storage room. Good water pressure in the shower.

Not clean under the bed and in the drawers. Aircons filters extremely dirty.

The rooms are kept very clean.

Cooking facilities are minimal and there was no plug in the kitchen sink.The tap in the bathroom is loose and needs to be fixed.The balcony is very weatherbeaten and could do with a good clean, as could the windows. There were no incidences of the fire alarms going off this time, which was welcome!

Location is great, great shower and comfortable bed

Rooms are so tiny, we booked a superior room expecting a bit more space, there was nothing superior about it. Mold on bathroom room, tiny bathroom, very impractical tiny bathroom sink. The large vanity mirror/cupboard over it made it impossible to use it to brush your teeth.

The location is good for Coogee beach which is one of Sydney's best beaches..

The apartment is minimally self-catering if you aren't too fussy. They provide virtually no cleaning products for the kitchen, so everything was grubby because they clearly didn't do any cleaning themselves. Other surfaces and the bedding also seemed grubby. Access is electronic by door lock code. Not the key card used by hotels, but a code entered into the door knob of your room. Although I booked with booking. Com the relationship ended there as the apartment's operator had their own different booking system so there was no communication from the BK messaging app. Other guests were also struggling with their room access arrangements so no one was happy.

Location and convenience booking and checking in simply on line. Very clean and reasonably good value considering the location

The rooms are small and sink and shower very cramped,but it is a studio. Stayed here before and because it was a longer stay found these more frustrating as time went on but not so much for short stays

Hob available but no pots or pans for self catering

Won’t ever book somewhere like this where it has:- no reception / passcode that doesn’t work - stairs where I have drag luggage up in dark and rain - no lights outside, even near apartment doors, quite frightening when arriving at night as single woman - cost too much for what it was

As above Plus ending up having to pay extra $ for later checkout when I did on-line checkout and the system said it was free until 11:30I got locked out if my room for 20mins in rain, passcode didnt work and I was late for my meeting

Close to buses

We had 3 separate/different rooms.In all 3 rooms the air conditioner which is above the bed dripped.Maybe they all need a good clean.

Terrible, mould, dirty floors, couldn’t get into parking or apartment

The location was great with lots of bus options

The small balcony was very dirty A washing line or airer for clothes would have been useful
