The staff who welcomed us was excellent. Parking was easy and secure. The rooms were presented well and comfortable. The location is great.

There isn't anything much to mention. No Dinner Service. One of the lifts was a little dirty and smelly.

This is the second time that we have had a dirty room, this time there were cut toenails on the floor, the floor was not vacuum editor, disappointing

Not again

On the ground floor the automatic doors were stuck open and we were told had been for at least 10 days we were frozen having breakfast never again

Great location at Bondi. Good spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Breakfast was rather limited, but there’s a fantastic breakfast/lunch place on the same floor (by the entrance), which is a great alternative.

curtains did not close flush with wall, which meant room was not dark at night. Too much light from outside.

Location, perfect for the music festival we attended and great proximity to shops and beaches.

Terrible breakfast restaurant. Very small place. Bad joke.

Fantastic location near shopping, groceries and buses and trains. Short bus ride to Bondi beach ! Our room had a small kitchen and a very large shower ,the bed was super comfortable too.

Very dirty throughout room , sheets were clean but kitchen/dihwahwer dirty still has food in it . Hair and dirt still in bathroom. Microwave falling apart . Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful

The bathroom sink had hair trimmings in it of dark, black hair.

Location very good. For train, bus and shopping, cafes plenty. Breakfast good.

I can only say that everything was excellent and we had great help from Kome,Rubel and Jogi with our taxi services anytime we required one. Many thanks

I really appreciated the free laundry room. I found the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on all key transport lines, which is helpful. I enjoyed free use of the gym down the road.

It would have been great if the food facilities were open longer hours.

On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the linens were nice.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was okay. The rooms are very outdated and our room had an unpleasant smell. When the air-conditioning was on or the card was in the slot the room was so incredibly loud which made it hard to sleep.
