Convenient Location.

Unclean or filthy as found a cockroach in the toilet. The kitchen is separate and that is a mess of its own.

Disheartening and disgusting

I left a silver chain in my bed and when I checked out immediately I remembered and I asked them about it and they delayed it and delayed it until they stopped answering my calls and telling me that it’s not there anymore and they kept on putting the blame on one another by saying it was someone else I don’t know about it, I’m utterly disappointed

I was up graded to another room by management. The room was clean with private bathroom.

The Hotel was part of a local Bar so wasn't really keen to but had already paid so had no choice. I needed some where cheap close to the Airport for early flight

Had to share 1 single bed for 2 people.

Upon check in and once taken to our room we were told we had been booked in a single bed room when we had booked for a queen room for 2 people. Once the hotel then knew we had 2 people they told us they had no other rooms and blamed booking.com for the room mess up. They then did not bring up any more towels and we only had 1 towel in the room

Close to transport shops friendly staff very helpful

Lakemba hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities in the room were good and f at o was the location close to everything shops supermarket and public transport.

The cold water tap in room 6 needs to fixed before the tap falls on off the cold water tap and onto the floor. The carpet was filthy with dirt marks on it from a workmen staying there who had filthy boots . Carpet needs replacing in the room for the amount of money you pay for a single room .

There was no blanket in the room, so we requested one from reception, but they told us they didn’t have any blankets and suggested we use the bed cover instead. The room was extremely cold, and there was no ventilation. Additionally, the smell was very unpleasant due to smoking. The next day, my wife fell ill, and we informed them about it, but they didn’t seem to care.

This hotel is without doubt the filthiest Hotel I have ever had to stay in. Booking.com you should not be promoting it! I will attach photos of the kitchen area which is foul and disgusting. When I asked about it I was told that no matter what they did it was always left in that same state. It is a health and safety issue and needs to be reported to the Australian authorities. The carpet is covered in dirt and grime and there are places where people had obviously thrown up and no-one has bothered to cleanse it. When I walked into my room there was a used towel left in the bathroom. There is limited Wi-Fi available which nobody told about so I lost connection halfway through my stay which was of great concern. The area itself is the back of beyond. It cost me nearly $90 to get there. I managed to find one small Cafe where I could get a coffee and a pastry from an assortment of six with no other food available. The whole area is very middle eastern with very little English spoken

Awesome staff including the boss Karan. Sports bar vibe was awesome with great draft beer. Free parking in Sydney is a bonus.

Room smells cigarettes because pokiies under the hotel

The main manager was a very lovely helpful and understanding person. He made the stay feel a lot more comfortable. The bar staff were however very rude.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there were still dirty used shampoo bottles in the shower and the floor was wet when we entered. Leaving me and my partner saw the cleaner guy taking a nap in the hallway on the dirty floor instead of cleaning.

After a night stay I’ve got rash on my skin, looks like insect/bug bite. Guess the bed sheets might not be clean

Bad experience for 110 per night in single room

No staff properly welcome me, it was the bartender at the bar. Then the toilet couldn't flush since I came in before I used it. I asked to change the room but they said no other rooms were available and no one could come to fix the toilet. and instead, I could use the toilet inside the bar downstairs. I stayed one night without being able to use the toilet. It doesn't make sense.

i would have given 10 out off 10 except for parking wasnt explained and i was stuck in there carpark from 6 am to 8 am very dissapointing.

Good friendly staff efficient with payment transactions . The remote control wasn’t working exactly something wrong with tv. Saw staff they were great changing me to another room so thanks for that so grateful. The staff were friendly and polite understanding about the whole situation. It is a great location close to train and bus shopping restaurant and amenities. The room was comfy so was the bed very clean with private bathroom . Would stay there again
