Room was clean ,served its purpose

Carpark and the fact that we couldn't open our suitcase and leave it open

The room is tidy and clean. And close to shops and restaurant. Would stay there again.

I left my room a day early because of how terrible and uncomfortable my mattress was the shower pressure was very weak and the tv kept having problems

It met my expectations. I arrived early after a long trip from Alice springs, front desk and cleaning staff got a room ready for me on the fly, awesome service

the premises had no security, there was a foul odour, our staff member who was travelling did not feel safe and he did not stay the night, had to find accommodation elsewhere.

Code for door wasnt sent until 1-2 hours after precheck in time, phone was flat needed help from pub.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The room was quiet to outside noises. The room was clean and attended to every day. There was a problem with the water boiling jug and housekeeping were prompt in fixing the problem same day. A very attentative place to stay. Parking attendent made sure car parks were kept for clients. a place i will say at again!

There were no negative outcomes for me.

The bathroom was great with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable, though, a little soft. It is dead quiet, which means that you can get a good night sleep.

I think this property is exorbitantly overpriced. Probably only because there’s no local competition. There is an overhead black light shade that needs a good clean out. Would suggest putting a couple of sweet biscuits with a coffee rather than the jelly lollies which we are all full of moisture in the bag

Clean rooms, free parking close by, and the bed is AMAZING! Best sleep we have had in ages
