- Nice and close to the concert
- Great location
- The location was perfect and that there was no sound amoutside the room.
Cons -
- Little expensive and room was small shower to close to the bed and water from the shower can cause a slip hazard
- The elevators are extremely small and slow, only 1 working. The bathroom door was dirty and there were dusty cobwebs throughout. The fridge in the room wasn't turned on.
- The Queen bed had a mattress protector as a blanket, also the bunk beds were not made, and the ac leaked when it went down to 18°, also there was no-one around to ask any questions, and the shower head was to low, the door handle on the toilet was loose as well.

How close it was to Accor stadium. Valentine lollies at reception were a nice idea. Simple check in.
Was really expensive for a tiny room. Reception area smelled dirty.
Good location
Door didn’t lock as it was busy took ages to get another room. No phones in rooms so can’t call front desk, had to join long line as Ed Sheeran concert made it so.
The staff and the location
The room which was not as we expected in a queen room as there were bunk beds, it was very small and stuffy and the smell in the room of some type of room spray was strong and unpleasant.
The location was perfect
Parking was advertised and when we arrived we were told we had missed out as parking isn't guaranteed with a booking. The room was not cleaned well, the walls were dirty and the carpet had burn marks, the toilet was tiny, we were only given one room card which needed to be used for power in the room, building entry and lift and room access, meaning if one of us needed to leave the room we both had to go or the person staying behind was sitting in the dark with no aircon. The long life milk was sitting on the bench with the tea and coffee supplies (unrefrigerated) and the shower was very difficult to get in and out of without water going everywhere. When asked where to park the reception told us we'd have to pay for parking in the publicly car parks or park in the street behind the motel which was timed parking, The public car parks were already full due to 2 events being on.
Stayed for the location - super close for a concert night.Neighbouring council car park was great - and cheaper than the hotel.Kids enjoyed the breakfast pancake machine.
Tiny room, dodgy shower (sprayed the roof). Feels like you're in a ship cabin. The lifts are slow and there is always a queue at the end of an event night, with no option for the stairs. But obviously we only stay for the location convenience.Watched 2 cars exit the hotel carpark, but the light never went green to allow us access.Basic breakfast was included but they were out of cutlery and the coffee machine was broken. Only sugary options available.A very expensive convenience.
Locality
We knew it was a budget hotel but didn’t think the room would be so small. We didn’t even have a shower as it was too tiny. Tinier than a cabin on a ship. Very disappointing.
Close to Accor stadium. Room was clean
Aircon unit must have some timer on it. The AC kept switching off every hour and would only switch back on if we removed the room key and put it back again. Kept waking up having to restart the AC
Location was great
Pillows were uncomfortable and so flat they were like a sheet. There were no face washers. The space in the toilet was very cramped. There was only 1 bedside light. There were only 2 lifts and cleaning staff used both lifts to bring down about 30 bags of soiled linen. It held up about 2 dozen people who had checked in and were waiting to go to their rooms. The walls felt like they were made of cardboard and weren't soundproof. For the quality of the accommodation, the price was far too high. Over $800 for 1 night for 2 people just because there was a concert on...
Good spot close to concerts
Said full breakfast included but all it was was cereal and toast? Bathroom was incredibly small and room comes with tea/sugar ect. But has no kettle to make tea or coffee?
Our room was gross
There was faeces on the back of the toilet door and our window sill was sticky with hair (not ours) The breakfast included was us trying to reheat the toast 3 x over and the pancake machine kept breaking, staff were just allowing customers to stick their hands in the machine themselves to fix it Absolute turn off to our food - infection control issue
The property is close to Accor stadium about 5 mins walk.
The room fits 4 people, 1 double and bunk bed. The bathroom is very very small. The entire room is tiny.No room for big luggage. It felt like one of those little hotels that you find in Europe. There’s a curtain that separates the shower from the bed.We paid $580 for one night (three people) because there was an event at accor stadium. It included continental breakfast.
Location was nearby the concert venues so that was good.
Room was tiny, beds uncomfortable. Bathroom looked more the size of a closet. Felt more like a backpackers than a hotel for over $300 a night very poor value.
The room was clean and very minimal noise
I have a disability and when I asked about parking they advised that there was none. I explained my situation and they where quite reluctant to help
The bed was comfortable, and sheets were clean.
Way overpriced! Needs a deep clean top to bottom, carpets and walls are filthy and the room smelt. Staff were unhappy and just handed the room card without any details of the property, ie where our room was. Breakfast was included which was toast and juice. We didn’t bother and went next door.
Location, Location, Location
Air con did not work, unit looked very old and was also missing panels, thankfully it wasn’t a stinking hot day/night but was still very unpleasant
Great location for events at homebush precinct.Easy to access with parking and food.
Really small room with not a lot of privacy
Snacks on arrival were a good idea as well as the decorations for the special event (Ed Sheeran concert), location amazing, Room size huge.
More pillows needed (only two on the Queen bed with no spares), wardrobe needed for clothes storage/hanging, bedside lamps not working
