Well located, nice room, clean, friendly helpful staff.

The lady at the front desk was super nice. She was there during the day 4 out of the 5 days we stayed there. I believe her name started with a C

The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Three times in two days was too much. It ruined the entire stay.

Gave me new towels every day even though I didn't leave them on the ground. The 3rd level lounge was relaxing.

Toaster didn't work. No outlets close to the TV.

Bad experience you should be more honest about rating rooms. I would never use your app again

very close to the hospital that we needed to attend.room clean and tidy.the lady at the front counter was great.she helped with locking our car in the garage out the back, helped carry luggage etc. to the room.she was very efficient, sorry I don't no her name, but she was on when we got there at 3pm 16-06-2025

Bed was very comfortable and staff very pleasant. Very clean.

Air conditioner unit was so loud I couldn't sleep and had to turn it off. So, I opened the window, but then the traffic was so loud it woke me up at 5 am and it was relentless. The road was so busy. The air conditioner unit appeared to be not so noisy when I returned on the second day after the room was cleaned (thank you) but then it was jammed on full fan, and it was cold. The bathroom had no bench space, just a basin, which was difficult to manage. Fortunately, the bench on the kitchenette could be used. Otherwise, the space was pleasant, and I would have been very happy. The bus access was very convenient.

Our room (215) was too small for two people. Comfortable, but in my opinion it should be assigned for one person only.

Lovely staffs and great location with bus stop right next to the hotel. Walkable distance to University of Sydney. Only 15-20mins to downtown by bus. Only15 mins to airport by Uber but no noise. Easy to go anywhere and room is clean.

Air con is a bit old so the air was not flowing well enough.

The location was great, close to lots of great restaurants, and right on the bus line to the CBD. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The policy that if the shower steam set off the fire alarm, you would be charged for the fire department going out to the hotel. Maybe the hotel should work on a their ventilation system.

The lady who checked us in called to check what time we would be checking in. She was very helpful and gave us money saving tips on where to park. She was kind and took her time to assist us.

The location was excellent for my needs. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. The room was spacious, did not feel cramped. Very clean and everything we needed was provided.

No fault of Best Western there was road construction on one night that was a little loud but did not affect our sleep in the end.

The room was very nice and clean. Air Con was playing up so Ryan at front desk gave us a new room. The location was excellent. Very close to Uni of Sydney and many food options near by. Love it!

Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I stayed solo so the room size was perfectly fine for me.Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they always greeted me and were quick to help with any questions and requests I had. I also often saw staff going above and beyond with assisting travellers with things like bringing their luggage to their room, providing assistance with public transport advice to get around, giving advice on spots to visit and places to eat, etc.The bus stop at the front made it very easy to get to the CBD and Central station. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found it to be great value for money.

The bedroom was comfortable enough for a short stay. The bed was soft and overall it all felt quite clean and well looked after.

The hotel is next to a very busy road with very loud traffic. Ear plugs are a must.Street parking is almost impossible to find nearby, I recommend booking parking in advance

Well located for RPA hospital. Close to a couple of watering holes and places to eat. recommend the Open Korea for good Korean food. Manager was friendly and helpful, even recognised me from previous stays (a t least a year ago). Easy to find when driving as long as you remember to turn the corner off Parramatta rd to pull up.

Limited onsite parking and hard to find a legal place to stop your vehicle close by to unload your gear.

Excellent location with a bus stop at the front of the property. The rooms are modern, comfortable and so quiet despite being on a main road. The staff are really helpful and do anything to help. We appreciated the microwave and parking facilities. Broadway shopping centre is just up the road. This is our go to hotel when visiting family in Sydney. We are always made to feel very welcome.

The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable and they had all the facilities you need.

A window that you could see out of would have been nice but they were located high up, making the room feel much smaller.
