The front desk & breakfast staff were exceptional

Room was clean, nice view, friendly staff.

Room very small for 2 people.

Good value for money in comparison to others in Sydney.Great to have breakfast option and a reasonable cost.Bed changed every day.View of the harbour bridge from room 301!Spacious and modern room.

Small car park (we scratch the car on the way out) but convenient if you have a small car

A bit uncomfortable as every time you get a shower the floor gets wet. Maybe would be handy to install shower curtains.

I did not like anything

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming on arrival, creating a very poor first impression. The parking arrangements were unacceptable — every time we needed to move the car, we had to call someone to manually open the door, which was frustrating and poorly managed. There appeared to be no proper system, organisation, or consideration for guests’ convenience. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic hospitality made the experience very unsatisfactory.

Location is not so good, no access from main road that you can bring big luggages, need to walk quite far. No sound proof at all for guest room, you will hear evetyone talking when they walk pasd your room. Houesekeeping always wants to clean the room since early morning.

Great location, friendly staff and car parking! Train station close by so only a few stops and a change to Circular quays

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before. Great location. An easy walk from Kings Cross station. Very comfortable. Very clean. A wonderful view. Staff very welcoming and pleasant. I will return.

When we book the room through booking.com, it was one double bed and one bunk bed for children.But we got one small untidy room with 2 bunk bed.There was no waldobes other basic requirements was not in that room. Also they provided the Donna without cover.I am doubtful about IBIS standards

the bathroom was very unconventional. the whole floor in the bathroom got wet when showering and you couldnt leave anything on the floor or it’d get drenched.
