Excellent location near to shops and 24 hour services.

The bed was badly damaged from being sat or jumped on it was collapsed in at the foot end. There is no way staff couldn't have noticed the condition it was in. There were empty drink bottles under the bed from previous occupants.

Location was easy and handy, very clean and friendly staff

Probably a little expensive for what it is, no lift if that’s something that bothers you.

How close to the stadiums and easy check in

The bed was so hard and only had 1 pillow The towels had makeup all over them like they were stained and not sure what the red mark on the bathroom floor was

Air con did not have a remote. It was an inconvenient to get up every time to change temperature.

Attitude of the old reception lady was bad. Very egoistic, bad response and biased responses. She was very angry that I made the booking through an external deal. I didn't understand she should be unhappy if they had put the deal. She purposely put me on 2nd floor which had no lift. I came at 1 pm instead of 2 pm checkin as I need to go outside. They didn't check me in but atleast should let to use bathroom which they didn't. I checked out next morning at 9.15 am which they were happy. The old lady was alloting rooms based on her belief that which customer is good or bad and behaved well. How can she be able to judge within limited person about an outsider.

Toilets were not cleaned properly before our arrival. Someone's undergarments were hanging on the shower curtain.There are many cleaner places for the same price

Very convenient to our going to a concert, a short 15 minutes to Sydney Olympic Park .Very clean and the price point was excellent.Great to stay Great value Nice staff

Almost everything was disappointing. The place lacked cleanliness, the staff were unfriendly, there was no room service, and the rooms provided very few facilities. The rooms were also extremely cramped. While they claim it is a budget-friendly hotel, the charges were high, and the amenities were far fewer than what any standard hotel would offer.

Convenient location, clean room and 24hr reception.

The Air conditioner belongs in a museum! It worked well but was quite noisy.

The location was convenient for the event I attended and the parking was free.

The room was dirty when I got there. Little bits of left over food in the floor - that neither I nor my second guest had had (like noodles). There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom stank of old cheese. Cracks in the wall/ceiling in the bathroom - at power outlet and shower curtain rods. Toilet was wobbly - not bolted to floor properly, seemingly only glued. Every time I sat down I worried I was going to fall off and/or break the toilet. There was a burn mark in the blanket (presumably a cigarette burn). Small things: no remote for TV, remote for air conditioner didn’t work. Most concerning, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Everything about these rooms was disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy, the floors were gross and sticky, the doonas were so dirty. When bought up with staff nothing was done to fix anything and we could not change rooms. I would never stay again.
