No help with luggage on arrival. Juggling two small children &5 pieces of luggage, just pointed at a trolley and said "we don't do that" The trolley had something wrong with it. Restaurant menu terrible. Cleaning staff twice took kids toys, not returned

great location, good room facilities like washing machine/kitchenette. Close to Circular Quay

showers very small, no towel changes for 3 days, pool/gym out of service. Maybe not best value for money.

The location suited me.

Despite paying for a room with a balcony, I was given something less. Only after I showed them my booking and insisted it wasn’t what I paid for, did they offer me an alternate room. A couple of staff were helpful and friendly, many others were not. The cleanliness wasn’t up to expectation. There was a cot left in my room. The cleaners didn’t remove rubbish when they came to refresh the room.

Great location. Walking distance to attractions

The 2BR balcony is useless (tiny size- can barely stand there) and we were looking specifically a room with a balcony. In addition the dining room was under constructions and it was not mentioned prior to our stay.

Excellent location.Very clean, modern apartment with new washer and dryer.We enjoyed having Pierre as our server! He made sure we had a great breakfast experience! (4 )

Kitchen had mismatched cutlery and dishware.

Location, staff, great room size.

Location was ideal because of the proximity to where I had to work. Staff very professional. Nice room with kitchen and laundry. Good value.

1 out of the three lifts was inoperative. Bed was not firm enough. Restaurant was short staffed during breakfast.

The room was spotless, the location was ideal, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The room was great, clean and comfortable.

The website states there are 30 parking spaces. This is a lie, as there are not 30 parking spaces for guests - there are really only approximately 6 parking spaces available for guests. Extremely inconvenient to not get a park in the hotel parking because they don't have as many spaces available for guests as they do private parking.

The Location was perfect, 5 min walk to circular quay, easy walk to darling harbour, great wee apartment.

Would be great if the apartments had Nespresso machines and unfortunately is under construction so we could heard a lot of drilling.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good

Position is excellent. Close to Sydney Harbour, Opera House and many restaurants.

It's a great location, and the studio rooms are awesome, but the hotel has been under some form of remodeling for over a year now, so there's some inconvenience.

I was not informed about the building work being carried out. The noise was out of order 7am each morning. My partner opened the curtain one morning to find builders going past on a hoist. When I complained the staff were not really interested. When we got back in the evening we had been left a bottle of wine (which we didn’t drink and left it in the room on departing the next morning) and a cheese plata. All this and more but was still expected to pay the full price. I have photos to back all of this up. Thanks (one angry ex customer)

There was construction outside the window and the bathroom had many hairs and was not thoroughly clean.
