room was dirty. grime in the bathroom tiles, spilled coffee, rusty lamps, was shocked by how filthy it was with the price that I paid for it.

The room, location and facilities were good

The whole stay was let down by my checkout experience. I was not leaving for the airport until 3.30pm so asked for a late checkout. I was told this was not possible and staff were unable to offer me any alternative in order to take a shower and get ready for my very long journey home to the UK. It was a very hot day and I was reduced to having to shower by the pool and use the toilet facilities to change. These were very hot and dark, so impossible to dry hair or see in a mirror to be able to make up. This experience overshadowed all the good things about the stay.

This is not the Sebel. This is an old Manly apartment block behind the old Sebel hotel hat has been renamed the Sebel. The hotel that was once called the Sebel is now called Peppers.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating! The room was spacious, had everything I needed just wish I could have had more time to enjoy it.

Location is amazing, room was great bed was comfy. Staff were lovely and allowed use of new electric bikes which was the best.

For the price I would have expected water views and being in the peppers building but that not so much a negative more a point for future bookings to request beach front. And having no breakfast as an option something that will hopefully be fixed once little Pearl reopens to a new eatery.

Such a great location, safe, quiet and just across from the ocean. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Everything I needed for a short solo trip. Love the sparkling/still water refill station too. Definitely stay again.

It’s not the cheapest stay but it is the best location, I understand parking is a premium in Manly but would be great if it was included in room cost.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Sebel. My room was very large and spacious, and beautifully decorated. I didn't have a sea view, but my view of the pool was pleasant, and quieter than being at the front. Staff were friendly and welcoming: I arrived early in the morning because of flight times, and they had my room ready by 11am. The location is brilliant, right on the sea front at Manly, close to all the restaurants and amenities, and a five-minute walk to the wharf where you can get the ferry into central Sydney.

The adjacent restaurant has closed so there's no on-site meal options, but it wasn't a problem for me as there is plenty of choice nearby.

It was clean and spacious.

There is no daily housekeeping for 3 days, but you can get fresh towels. No good coffee. Studio room did not have a kitchen sink.

Great location, just a walk across the road to the beach and the walk to Shelley Beach. Close to the Corso and restaurants but far enough away from the noise. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in an alleyway, i think I booked a room with Ocean view but got a room with pool view.

Elevator in the Sebel is slow and small, so it can take some time before it’s ready for you. Would be better to use the stairs but staff told us we couldn’t

Location was good and it was quiet.

It was not clear from the booking that there was no housekeeping. 4 nights without fresh glasses, towels or a restock of tea etc was a bit much.There was also a bloodstain on the inside of my pillow.

Location was good. Room was nice. Bed was too high for my short legs.

Nothing except daily checks if toilet papers other little thing were needed. I had to asked the staff for another one.

Great location and we had a seafront room with a lovely view of the beach.

Unfortunately the bed was quite soft and bouncy. I think a better quality mattress would have made the stay perfect.

Staff were so helpful and friendly.The accommodation was amazing. Brand new refurbishment of our room. I could smell the paint. Great stay.I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
