    Pros +

    • I’ve stayed at this location before and we love the selection of restaurants available
    • Staff are so friendly and helpful. It is also in an extremely convenient place for food options and train station
    • Nothing room was filthy nothing had been cleaned thoroughly in a long time AC filters caked in dust

    Cons -

    • I booked a triple room and the photo showed 3 single beds which is what I was after. On arrival, the beds weren’t configured this way. I contacted reception and was told it was standard configuration as I hadn’t requested 3 singles. I was told housekeeping would attend to the room and convert to 3 singles at around 3:30pm. I told reception we had to leave for a concert and they could do it while we were gone. On arrival back at the hotel at midnight, housekeeping hadn’t been and were stuck with 1 single and a king. We weren’t impressed.
    • Nothing was clean
    • Perhaps pool would have been nice

Room had a cockroach when we arrived the bathroom door was locked and had to call staff 2 times to unlock especially in the middle of the night don’t know why bathroom door locked no one had used it and it’s a switch so don’t understand how it locked but did. Air conditioning wasn’t the best not cold at all

Everything was great. Easy checkin, parking no hassle, beds great, beautiful location. Access to the club for restaurants so many options, bars no need to go looking for anything. Lovey, will be a regular when in town.

Nothing we had a great stay

    Location is good.

Staff not accomodating. Unable to sleep due to fire alarm every after 15 minutes. Too much alarm noise all over the floor. Not recommended to stay here. Staff nit helpfull at all.

Everything in one spot, accommodating to my physical disability needs

Cleaners on first day took plastic bottles that they shouldn't have especially if they were washed and drying. 2nd day bins were not emptied, bed not tucked and no extra toilet paper left.

The bed was comfortable and the underground parking was easy

There are still Covid stickers on the ground to keep distance ?‍♀️ needless to say the upkeep is lacking greatly. The rooms need renovating The bathroom was tiny - shut the door to open the shower door.No shower caps, no vanity kits supplied.

AMAZING location if you need to be around Bankstown. So many restaurant and bar options you could eat and drink at a new place every day! Beautiful downstairs areas and lots to explore. Room was lovely and clean, bed comfy.

    Nothing! It was great.

The customer service was outstanding. The receptionist who checked us in went above and beyond by answering all my questions, she even gave my daughter a small stuffed Kangaroo which was a nice touch. The free parking was also a plus.

Location was good. Its close to restaurants and makes it convenient that its walk away from trains and buses. Its located top of Bankstown Sports Club so choose to stay in or explore the amazing asian & middle eastern restaurants.

Reception didnt seem to bothered with welcoming and also if you want ice, you have to get it at the bar because the hotel room service doesnt have ice. Inconvenient because you have to dress to go downstairs to get the ice rather than the convenience. Also power outage occurred while we were there and power took forever to restore. On a 40° day. Not ideal when there was no communication till half hour after the fact. The room light switches are directly the bed board which means everytime you move your pillow the switch would go on or off and made it so annoying.

    Every thing was nice.

Power outage which affected the hotel. No air con or room facilities for a couple of hours.

Great location and affordable price. Comfortable beds

No smart TV and no cups or cutlery.

    7BenitaPosted on: 1-4-2026

Good location. Good facilities connected to hotel

Room could do with a bit of a Reno. A bit tired. When you check-in and you are given access to the sports club, staff need to tell guests that they need to become a member to the club to get discounts. This was not shared with us

    5SafiahPosted on: 1-4-2026

It was a great location with great halal food choices nearby. There was good amenities as well

Upon arrival, the room was not clean, there was a bunch of hair all over the floor. After informing the staff, it was still not clean the rest of our 3 night stay. The staff was not helpful or well-trained when needing help as well. Definitely not good value for the amount we spent. There needs to be better management with cleaning of rooms and checking in/out.
