Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park Hotel

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the venue is very close to Olympic Park. A great stay!

Bed was super comfy and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and nice and close to near by restaurants and a short walk to quodos bank arena.

The general cleanliness of the room was not great. There some sort of spill all over the fridge cabinet and walls, mirrors were not clean and the shower grout and silicon was mouldy. The restaurant staff for breakfast were inattentive, we waited 5 mins to be seated while several staff members walked past us and didnt acknowledge us waiting at the wait to ve seated sign.

The welcome packs were terrific. Great idea to make it a special stay for the concert.

Each time I’ve stayed at the hotel, the front desk staff ask if I’ve ever stayed there before. It’s not a huge thing, but whenever I stay in the city, I stay at the Intercontinental in Circular Quay. Every time the front desk staff welcome me back. Perhaps flags on the computer system when it’s a returning customer?Otherwise the staff were all friendly and gracious.

Something happened with my reservation Staff couldn’t find me when I went to breakfast or to check out. Wasn’t really explained as to what happened

The staff are so friendly, the beds were so comfortable best sleep I’ve had in ages.

I don’t like that the lights are all on during the day. I just feel like it’s wasting electricity unnecessarily but it’s a tiny issue compared to the stay.

Cleanliness Location

Air conditioning was not working in the first room We subsequently moved to another which was much better

The young gentleman at reception was extremely polite and helpful. Organised early check in even though we were just looking to drop our bags as we landed in Sydney early morning. The other gentleman who man’s the door was awesome and gave us advice about the city and organised us a taxi as well. Great experience with the team that we interacted with.

Nothing bad to say about our stay

The location is perfect for when you are going to Qudos stadium, Sunny the porter/check in attendant, he was friendly and helpful. All the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately the bed I had needs to be replaced and I did let them know upon check out. They don't know because they don't get to try them out. Everything else was amazing.

Comfortable bed, restaurant food was good for lunch

The AC in our room did not work, despite being on full fan and at 18 degrees. It was 42 degrees that weekend and the room felt like a sauna. I didnt like the window on the side of bathroom next to bed as its right in front of the toilet, we blocked it off with pillows.

We liked its location. It was also very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating especially the restaurant staff!

More variety of pillows would have been nice and the valet parking was an added bonus although you need to give them plenty of time to retrieve your car!

We highly recommend staying at the Pullman Sydney. Our greeting on arrival was very welcoming as were all staff during our stay. The room was lovely. We were suprised with bubbles and cupcakes waiting for us which was very special. After a long day travelling and then attending the festival it was so great to return to our room, run a bath and sleep in a roomy cloud of a bed with comfy pillows. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from. Valet parking was seamless.

We loved the speed and efficiency that the staff managed to get everyone into their rooms on such a major event weekend. Loved the welcome cake and greeting

Disappointed that the greeting card advised to enjoy the Aaras sparkling with our cake and the wine was red. Asked to have changed and would have understood if someone just said no supply but never got a reply.

1. Bar area music way too loud to enjoy a conversation.2. It’s time the Pullman needed a redo things are looking old3. Bed was very uncomfortable and saggy for a $889.00 . 4. When the shower was turned on it continued to make a screeching noise.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible.Would have liked to have a decent shower instead of standing under a trickle.
