Bathroom spotlessly clean but could do with an update.
The bedroom was a good size and very clean and comfortable. However it was located on the side of the building close to the Pacific Highway so I could hear a lot of traffic noise. I ordered room service for my dinner and the food was cooked and delivered to me within 15 minutes which I was very happy about. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this accommodation for people that need to visit a patient or attend appointments at The Royal North Shore hospital as it is very close by. This hotel is close to public transport which is very helpful if you do not have a car like myself.
The location, the room and the facilities (parking for $25 and onsite cafe $50 for 2 brekkies).
The car park was smelly and dark.

No hot water in evening and in morning until after 9 am and no commercial gesture to offset Also when arrived gave me a twin room when I booked a king bed.They changed me but wasted time.
The staff were so engaging. Even when in the lift with staff they said hello. Room was very clean and comfortable, Air conditioner was excellent and very quiet even on the balcony.

Its a decent hotel. Facilities are particularly good. Its nice they provide free washing machine service, the gym was nice and the cafe too.
Rooms are not great. No views and very basic. The price was also very high as we went for NYE, so it was not amazing valie for money, but was one of the cheapest options we found, so thats a plus. Location could also be better, its not too well connected to the city centre I thought it would be closer
Comfy bed, great cafe, close to my appointments, friendly staff, good price. Overall - after a couple of bad experiences elsewhere - it was much nicer than expected.
