Great location, helpful and friendly staff, very modern and well appointed.

The property, the rooms, location and the staff were great.

The lift was out order, but the staff moved me to the first floor. Coffee cups in the room are way too small and too easy to spill. The ones from the restaurant aren't much bigger, but are an improvement. There are no plugs for the bathroom sink, making a shave inefficient and unnecessarily time consuming. There is bearly enough cupboard space in the rooms. I understand the value of the pool area and how great it is, especially for people with no desire for conversation without having to yell, but when you have people who are trying to get an early night's sleep, playing music loudly is not a good idea - at any time. To the credit of the staff and "DJ", they turned it down when requested. They played on for an hour after they said they would however. The main purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. If you are looking for a nightclub, there are plenty just up the road. I had to be up at 03:00 every day I was staying there and therefore asleep by 20:00 or so. The needs of everyone who is at the hotel should be considered.

The decor was very nice, and the hotel areas were clean. The security getting to the rooms was good. The front of house staff were very nice, when it wasn't too early or too late during the day.

We were there for NYE for 4 nights and then hotel pool bar was closed for most of it. The lift wasnt working for our whole stay (understandable but there could have been more then one!). The room was very small and the cost was very high.

I’m still a tad confused because the rooftop pool that this hotel prides and markets itself on, it not actually on a rooftop. It’s got lots of hotel rooms looking down onto it and it’s enclosed by several buildings. It’s an outdoor pool, sure. But it’s not on a rooftop.

Pool and bar area were lovely, very clean and comfortable

The rooms were too compacted and very little storage space. The lift was out of order for full 3 nights and we were on third floor and had to lift heavy suitcases up and down three flights of stairs. The lift had been out of order for two weeks prior to our stay!

This is a beautiful hotel. The pool and pool bar is a great place for an afternoon drink. The rooms are beautiful and designed really well.

Service was lacking which was unfortunate. Staff were nice but didn’t go to any effort to make the experience better, especially the bar staff near the pool. They didn’t offer menus, didn’t check if any more drinks were wanted. Also, no information is available about room service offerings and there’s no way to ask customer service without going to the front desk.

The air con didn't work and it was hot. The music around the pool is way too loud. I couldn't relax and read with it so loud

Good clean room, good location. We were going to an event in Centennial Park and it was a quick 20min walk for us. Secure parking was available Good size bed. We sure a nice pool area was available but we didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Bathroom was extremely small and shower door didn’t shut completely so water went all over the floor.

The outdoor pool/bar area is a great oasis in the city.

The main entrance to the hotel is a little underwhelming. We checked in 2 days before Xmas and the lift was out of order and stayed that way for the whole 4 days. The staff were helpful with luggage, but it would have been quite uncomfortable for anyone with mobility issues

Great location, Beautiful boutique hotel and lovely friendly staff.

Bad

Aircon hardly worked, mould all over the aircon. No lights in the room bedsides a strip light. No lift working. Hard to carry everything up and down the stairs without any help. Staff were rude.

We loved the location - central for catching up with family in the area.

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working at the time / but difficult going up 3 flights for “seniors” - although staff were great with luggage
