My itinerary contained incorrect door codes room number. I called the helpline staff seemed annoyed and confused by the situation. Once in my room the heating didn¿t work and the blankets were thin. Price online was $---, $--- was charged to my acco

The staff is friendly and knowledge about the area. The area itself is great: just a minute from the train station, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores also just in minutes. Wifi worked without any issues.

"Hotel" is kind of a stretch. It's more like a hostel with a TV and mini fridge in your room. Stairs only, no elevator accessibility access. I had trouble accessing the TV channels, but I was there to see Sydney, not watch TV.

Just thought that it was a little expensive for third level walk up accommodation and very small rooms with shared bathroom but still okay

I never received my refund of the $100 deposit through booking.com so probably would’ve been better off booking direct with the reception. One door in the showers needs a lock fixed.

Is a great Building, rooms are spacious and well kept, the people behind them with the staff are fantastic and Danworth and went out of the way for me over a few different days actually

Nothing really, it’s a pain having to walk that last floor at the stairs but you know that’s structural so I can’t really complain about it. Actually, no put a lift in just for me I demand it LOL sorry.

I asked for a desk in the room while I was doing booking. I got the confirmation notification. However, I got the room without the desk. I went down stair to ask the staff for it, he confirmed to take one to my room sometimes later. However, until I checked out, no desk was equipped in the room. I was there for business trip that I need a desk to work on.

I was upgraded to the room with private bathroom (Room 33) and it exceeded my expectations and the staff were great, particularly Adrian who was excellent and helpful. In room TV easy to stream from youtube and Netflix.

Location, price, convenience to food.

Noise from addicts and mourners. A little more room for the bathroom would have been nice? The cockroaches didn't like me being there.

overpriced - not many rooms available spnthe price was hiked to something well out of line with the quality provided.also, just as I was leaving I saw a cochroach on the floor. didn't bother me as I was going but not ideal.

Absolutely stunning location and the private rooms are so cute enough room to live comfortably the staff especially Adrian was amazing toiletries were provided a big bonus.

Great stay, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms simple but clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Location was convenient to the event we attended.

Conflicting check in time 10pm or 8pm? Arrived 9.30pm and had to call twice as hadn’t looked at any emails after booking to say call before 8 to make arrangements for later check in.
