The location to public transport.

The air conditioning worked but felt humid in the room. I had to keep leaving the hotel for fresh air. Not enough lighting in the bathroom.

The staff were nice. The hotel was nice.

Booking.com ripped us off. We booked a triple room and an executive suite with a sofa. The triple room also said it had a sofa. We added a child in the booking for each room over the age of 3. We had to add their ages in the booking. When we arrived there was no sheets for the sofa beds for the kids. When we rang reception they said that we had to pay extra for the sheets for the kids even though we'd already said they were coming. They pointed us to a note in the terms and conditions from booking.com saying we had to pay extra for children over the age of 3. I still don't understand why we had to pay extra if we'd already declared in the booking that we had the children with us. In the end we had to pay $50 per night per child for the sheets on top of the initial booking.

Location was good

Parking was expensive, when exiting gate wouldn’t open and had to pay again and hotel staff were not helpful in resurecting this error

Beautiful modern & clean

Function room above us with loud music & movement of table & chairs (either packing up or rearranging room) keeping us up after midnight.

Location is convenient to both The metro and train station.

Disappointed that I had to ring to ask for our room to be serviced after we had been out several hours and assumed it would be done by the time we returned. When I rang to request Housekeeping service the room soon I was told by a rude staff member they prioritise rooms which have guests checking out . I explained our daughter’s room next door had been serviced and the ones all around us and was given more excuses. We waited another hour and then had to ring a second time for a service that really only took 10 minutes to complete ( refresh towels , empty bin and make bed). We filled in time in the gym and couldn’t help but notice the adjoining paths around the gym and pool had not been cleaned of debris for many months . I’ll certainly be reconsidering whether we stay again after this most recent visit .

Room was clean and tidy

Parking was confusing, was charged $45 for the night, then had to pay another $20 to get out of the car park.

Great location. Very quiet on the weekend. New hotel with modern rooms, good shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Power and usb ports next to bed. Complimentary coffee machine and kettle. Good sized small fridge.

Terrible lighting in the bathrooms. Very dark making it impossible to do make up or hair.

Location, price - very comfortable sleep - super helpful staff.

Right near the metro. Easy access to public transport.

Unfortunately we were in a room with function room above. Loud music then screeching chairs & tables during pack up & reconfiguring room well past midnight.

The dark, oppressive lighting in the bathroom. How is a woman supposed to put makeup on??Staff weren’t overly friendly. I found this last time as well.

Great value for money and access to the metro and train stations - literally across the road, and at the end of the building. Room was spacious and air conditioning was more than adequate. Swimming pool was also a great added bonus.

While overall amenity was great and adequate, small things like missing teaspoon in the room was unexpected. Unsure if it was a missed room keeping or not provided. Would be nice if ear tip was part of the amenity. Also there are times when the room felt noisy from nearby rooms of furniture moving or door which was unexpected.

The run was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable! The hotel is in a great location with the metro station across the road which takes you straight to the city! Also has lots of food options near by with a supermarket for convenience

Very convenient to the metro, complimentary pool and gym were nice.

The building felt old, and the minbar made it confusing what was complimentary and what would be charged for.

Clean and spacious. Room was very nice and comfortable. Check in easy.
