Clean rooms, friendly staff, great choice of food venues

I wasn't aware that the unit we were in was a split level with very steep stairs to access top level bedroom, kitchen, ensure & lounge

Easy to get to

The hallway smelt strongly of musty urine and Someone’s room service prawns were out the front of their door in the hallway from when I arrived at 6pm to still there the next morning at 9am. Smelt disgusting

Rooms are always in immaculate condition, clean, fresh, modern and very comfortable.Location is excellent, when we come down from QLD, it’s so easy to do our friend and family visits.

Its in a brilliant location for me when in town to visit family and I always treat myself to their room service pancakes

Ive stayed here many many times and this is the first time ive had a gripe. A large group of other guests were blasting really loud awful music and took over the pool/pool area. It would have been nice if staff could've done something about that so everyone could use it (especially with the 40° heat all weekend)

Nice venue in general. The pool was also relaxing and nice. Food was great in the restaurant.Liked the accessible gym.

I liked the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, and the staff.

The room was very hot, extremely hot, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. There was nothing in the mini-fridge to buy/use.

The hotel is attached to a large club and also offers a large swimming pool and plenty of (outdoor) parking at no extra charge.

The property is great, however the location in an industrial area means you need a car to travel to shops, restaurants, etc.

The environment, the feeling of being a way whilst still being in the centre of some of the hustle and bustle of the local community.

The ongoing construction, but honestly it didn’t really concern me, but that was genuinely the only thing about the property that I didn’t like.

I liked everything. Corridor to The Catholic Club. Great food. Friendly staff.

Location was good for my needs(Liverpool CBD)Deluxe queen room was great with a sofa bed that was actually worth sleeping on.Kitchenette & bathroom was outstanding.Club food in the brasserie was good.Pizza was good.

The staff were wonderful especially one of the receptionist who I had to contact as our TV wasn't working . She came to the room very promptly and with not being able to fix it was very quick to help and relocate us to another room.She was very friendly and apologetic. This really stood out for her.

Great service and location for our needs and good value. Easy check in and out and plenty of parking.

The stuff we’re very kind and easy going and the facilities were pretty good also

The thing I didn’t like was as soon as we got the room there was visible hair balls all over the bathrooms alongside dirt. Additional one of the couch beds that my son was going to sleep on was quite dirty with hair and other dirt and wasn’t overall clean, which he felt uncomfortable sleeping and didn’t sleep the whole night. Another thing was he also saw a large enough spider to scare him climbing the blinds which also scared him and lead to him not sleeping.

Had a problem with the TV in my room but this was attended to immediately it was reported. Excellent service by the staff and maintenance person. Also I left my phone down in the club and was most relieved when reception confirmed that they had been handed the phone by a staff person. Brilliant service.

All the staff bar 1.Lets start with everyone else, they were friendly, respectful and accommodated all of our needs.

The one that wasn't - a male security guard, I believe he had a beard, and was working on the night of the 18th. He treated one of our team members, a heavily pregnant woman, in an unhelpful and unkind manner, this included dismissing her question, not assisting with information to help her join us for a meal in the restaurant, advising her she was not permitted to enter, and when she became unsettled mocking her and laughing in her face, she then went to her vehicle and wept. This is abhorrent. Our organisation paid for a number of staff to have rooms with your establishment and we will be reconsidering this in the future. And this is a shame as everyone and everything else was a stand out. This person needs help

There was a group of teenagers riding escooters around the outside pool area, and throwing plastic chairs into the pool disgraceful. Security cameras mounted at pool side, still took security guards and hour to figure out what was going on. Not good,You need to crack down on this anti social behaviour

I liked the room it was lovely

I didn't like the fact there wasn't any complimentary water,couldn't find any tea or coffee just milk in fridge

It was spotless & a spacious room for 2 adults & a 13yr old grandson.

The lifts didn't always respond to the card inserted to go up. A lot.
