Overlooking Wembley Stadium, St George's Hotel - Wembley is just a 20-minute drive from central London and a 45-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport. The London Designer Outlet is located adjacent and offers a range of shops and places to eat. Paid parking is available at the property. Free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an private bathroom are featured in each air-conditioned room. Tea/coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and a mini-bar are also provided. - Location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.
- Rooms are perfect
Cons -
- Reception staff on arrival kept mis-gendering me. I had to correct him which shouldn't have been necessary & that was before i had even spoken. I know i'm no supernodel but please!!
- The staff were rude, waited 15 minutes to check in while the desk was left unmanned. The room had broken sockets held together with tape, most of the plugs did not work. The bed was covered in stains. The floor clearly wasn¿t hoovered properly.
- Carpet soaking wet and smell of damp. My enquiry about lost property (I left a shirt in the room and asked for it to be returned offering to pay postage) was ignored.
