Cons -
- The hotel staff stated that check-in time was 2pm. I was not allowed to check-in until 2:15pm meaning my elderly father and I had to sit and wait. Also, once in the room, it was hot; thermostat is controlled at front desk. Phone in room was broken.
- The sofa bed was horrific the springs were poking through and my daughter didn't tell us until the morning we left. She had marks for days. Reported it to reception and she wrote it down...

Nice reception staff,good breakfast but could do with Bacon. Room ok but a little small for a family room.
