- Absolutely the best front-desk staff!! We were warmly welcomed; and they were so very helpful with the questions we had about navigating around Stockholm!! Also nice to have such friendly and "local" pubs right around the corner....
- This is a very nice hotel located nearby many of the main attractions. Relative to other hotels, the rooms are very large and more updated.
- The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

- I wanted to check in early. The first person I talked to was completely unwilling to assist. She just didn't want to be bothered. I went to someone else who found a room.
