- Staff very unconcerned about their clients. Room very dusty, we brought our own wipes and cleaned headboard. This is not a 4 star hotel. I stayed at 3 star hotels with better & cleaner service. Too me hotel is too big for the available staff it shows.

The staff is really friendly and very helpful!
No ironing board or iron. Shower has no glass and water scatters everywhere. Also, they lied on their advertisement, they are nowhere close to the city centre.
