Staff were very helpful, great location, good value room. Was perfect for what we needed really.

Only very minor issue was there were no bikes available as all had been booked out already but that wasn't really an issue at all and the staff were always very friendly and helpful

Conveniently located near tramlines and metro, and walkable from Rotterdam Centraal station and to some of the parks and museums. Room was quiet and reasonably spacious. While entrance area compact, there was a pleasant small sitting area on a mezzanine floor.

The breakfast arrangement at a nearby cafe was less suitable than we had anticipated. While not a long distance away it involved crossing a complex multi-way junction, and the directions given were just a sketch on a small notice at reception. (The streets are so wide that Google Maps routefinder got confused!) While generous portions, the breakfast was not a free price-capped choice at the cafe, but a set platter brought to the (rather cramped) table.

Liked the location, coffee choices, room fan, helpful staff.

The lack of bright light in the bathroom. At times, the wafting aroma of Marijuana in the air.

Great hotel, central location, comfortable room and 24-hour check in. I was really pleased that they had a ceiling and a desk fan, which was good as the room was quite warm. I only wanted a place to crash for the night but I would happily have stayed longer.

My room faced onto a busy road, next time I would ask for a quiet room. But the windows are good at keeping the noise out.

A lot of street noise: traffic + bar opposite. May be a bit quieter on side of hotel away from entrance and hence the bar.

The room was overlooking the junction which worried me but the sound insulation was incredibly good as there is a second layer on the building. The room was huge and really stylish. Excellent value

The location was great (10 min walk from Rotterdam Central Station). The staff were super helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

The tram near the hotel runs through the night and can be loud if you keep the window open. Even with the fan on, it can get hot in the summer, so keeping the window closed is hard.

The staff was so kind, helpful and sweet. Their roof was amazing to have a fresh air. The location is perfect as well. The tram station is basically in front of the door and the main train station is only 10 mins walk away. You can access the center of the city in 2 mins walk.

The towels were not as clean as they should be. I found someone else's hair on almost each of them.

Excellent rooms and an ever better host. Very helpfull and friendly let us stay in the lobby till very late after the check our and we could Park our car just 3m behind the hotel for the whole day.

Clean, friendly staff, complimentary coffee, there was a cute mini fridge and the room ceiling fan was perfect for the summery months.

The location was perfect for us and room was adequate for three people

We had three bicycles which were left in the yard behind the hotel and luckily we removed our bags because during the night water bottles and a small bag attached to the frame were stolen. Reception informed us that there were people in the office 24/7 to keep an eye out. Very concerned about security in hotel yard

Everything was great in this room. The rotation is excellent.Clean and big room

During our two nights stay we only found two negatives. One of them is the noise from the street as there is a bar under the windows, but it is great that the windows almost do not let in noise. But the other negative is about the room. The sensor in the bathroom does not see you if you are taking a shower and we had to open the shower door to show that someone is there and not be in the dark
