it was a wonderful service and food was great, the lounge bar was very cool with a real electronic game of darts, (not with the plastic darts)

there was a little to many noise from the road in front of the hotel and the sauna wasn't in use at the time.

The breakfast verity of fruits and breads.

The standing shower space was very small. But visited friends' homes and have the same style and size of standing shower.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Good food.st the restaurant and great drinks at the nightclub.

Thé breakfast was every thing you could wish for. The hotel was completely gerenoveerd. We’ve stayed there many times.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the toilet roll holder. The paper tore before you could unroll it.

Excellent and clean room . Very good breakfast. Location is also okay. The hotel is bit old but neatly maintained. Ample car and bus parking. Easy to access.

I had a pleasant stay at the Carlton Oasis Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day

While the hotel is situated in an industrial area, the location didn't detract too much from my experience as the amenities and service more than made up for it.

Lobby and restaurant look very nice, rooms have an outdated look compared to it. However, it's comfortable and spacious.

No shelf/place in the shower to put shampoo etc.

The fire alarm startled me out of sleep and kept going for 15 minutes. Calling to reception was not helpful as the receptionist hung up on me 3 times when I was only trying to find out if I needed to evacuate the building. I could not go back to sleep after that night.

It is a nice hotel with excellent breakfast and very nice lobby. The staff is very helpful and always kind. The room was spacious and absolutely clean.

One small thing missing was the temperature controls. I was not able to switch on heating.

I preferred a double bed room but a twin bed room was provided.The room had some dusts so it looks not cleaned well partially. The free wifi was very week and it stopped frequency especially I had a video call.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel, which I booked due to an unexpected death in my family. Given the circumstances, I booked a suite for over £200 per night, with the intention of providing my mother, who lives just 10 minutes away, with a comfortable environment amidst the hot and humid weather. Your hotel advertises air-conditioned rooms, and this was a primary reason for my choice.Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning. I immediately went to the reception to report the issue. The receptionist assured me that someone would be sent to our room to resolve the problem. After waiting for five minutes, a staff member arrived with an electric fan, checked the thermostat, and explained that the air conditioning system had been a persistent issue due to the age of the hotel. He advised me to return to the reception.I did as instructed and was offered a different room. However, upon entering the new room, we found that the air conditioning was also non-functional. The receptionist displayed little interest in addressing our concerns, offering no sympathy or condolences despite the situation. The only explanation provided was that the hotel is old.By this time, my mother was extremely upset and distraught, insisting that we not pursue the matter further. We were forced to sleep with a cheap electric fan and the windows open, which led to frequent disturbances from mosquitoes.The following day, my mother was so uncomfortable and distressed that she refused to stay at the hotel any longer.At checkout, I raised my concerns again with a different set of reception staff, hoping for a more understanding response. Unfortunately, I was met with the same dismissive attitude and was given the same excuse about the hotel’s age. Again, there was no acknowledgment of the difficult circumstances we were facing, nor any condolences offered.
