Room Mate Bruno, Rotterdam

Large, comfortable room with excellent bed, desk, shower, balcony. Foodhalle attached to the hotel has lots of nice and interesting options for dinner on the doorstep.

Fridge in my room didn't work. Hotel is in a densely built up area but the high windows are not covered with curtains, which is a bit strange - let's in light, and you can see others and be seen.

When we arrived the price was $150 Cdn cheaper on line but hotel would not honour the difference.

Good location for Ahoy. Lots of dining options in the area. Comfortable beds with a great shower. Lots of storage. They had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The sink had soap and body milk. Even the toilet paper was good.

Room was pretty cold even though we set it to 20.5C. Kettle was filled with vinegar, so we didn't use it. Someone spilled water next to the bed which soaked my socks. Dried it with the hairdryer.

I booked 1 king size bed room but had different room , they didn’t help about check in date and charged me extra day. My room was 2 queen bed one of them was dirty and blood on the sheets….

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I loved the delicious pastries and breads.We walked to a nice grocery store for afternoon snacks and wine on our deck.There was a large food hall nearby that offered a huge variety of options for dinner.The staff was friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk around the port in the evening. Transferring to our cruise ship was a breeze: the cruise terminal was right across the street!

Great location and value

I had to wait a couple hours to check in

New hotel in converted old warehouse on a small island, directly across the street from the Cruise Ship Terminal. Good public transit nearby. Good breakfast buffet.

Rooms either look out onto street, or into an inner courtyard. Inner room windows do not open for fresh air. Curtains must be closed to prevent people in the courtyard from looking in.

How close it was to everything

The Room was good but the carpette had burn marks on it. And the room seemed just used I don’t know how to describe it. And the room service passed twice only during our stay of 4 days

Hard to set the thermostat in the room. Had to have staff assist.

Excellent location for the cruise ship terminal across the road, convenient supermarket located behind the hotel. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Lovely public areas to relax. Convenient food hall attached with variety of foods, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were all welcoming, friendly and efficiently helpful. Our room was large, and comfortable. Nice pillows too.The hotel is close to tram and metro stops, across from the cruise terminal, a grocery store, and a wide choice of restaurants.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Room was too dark

Great location near the pier our ship was sailing from ( HAL Rotterdam). Great restaurants and bars to choose from, nearby. The Food Hallen at the Hotel had many late night options, as well. Clean facility, friendly staff and a real nice ambiance, that will bring us back, for sure.

There was just a little bit of mold in the shower grout, but that is just me being a bit picky.

Close proximity to Holland America Terminal, within 50 yards!!!!

Nice property with onsite restaurant. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
