The double bed was very comfortable Friendly staff.Good breakfast.The community was extremely clean

Stairs where sharp but there was a lift so no issues

Location is strategic. City center is at walking distance (a long walk, though). Room was great and very tidy and with very good coffee (nice machine). We were lucky with the staff and were supported by a very gentle and nice gentleman of Italian origin. Breakfast was in a spacious room To conclude, they have their own safe parking places nearby for a very reasonable price. This is a great advantage in a city as Rotterdam. Definitely of extra worth for your decision.

Initially, I though the noise of the street, cause room was at the side of the street. They isolated it so well, that we hardly heard anything during daytime and night. So, really nothing to complain about, would definitely stay here during a new visit to Rotterdam.

The location is the best part about this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We found out only after checking in that the elevator wasn’t working which meant my mum who was in crutches had to climb very steep stairs to get to the room. Could have had more notice of this as we would have looked elsewhere.

Heating is poor....reception did not provide any solution but told me it is subjective Iam cold in the room . For such price they must provide proper warmth to guests.

Upon arrival, 2 members of my family came with me to help with my luggage. One of the stuff was super rude saying that just one person could sleep in the room. After that , my uncle didn’t want to be anywhere near the hotel. The stuff should be trained on how to speak with people.

The staff was very understanding and friendly. Friendly and despite my late arrival very good. I can only recommend my room had everything I needed for my stay.

The location of the hotel is great - about a 15-minute walk away from the main bus/train stations, with supermarkets and restaurants also nearby. The room was good, clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast wasn't extraordinary but still quite good, there were some nice options.

There is a 50-euro deposit policy which isn't advertised (thankfully, we had some cash with us!). The deposit is returned after checking out but still, would have been a pain if we didn't have any cash. Also the elevator was broken for the first couple of days, and, I, recovering from a knee surgery, found getting to our room on the first floor using stairs quite complicated.

Close to the centrum and the Central station.Comfortable bed and quiet room.

The room was not cleaned well.When you step in and see the floor is dirty, and not used the vacum cleaner, than you a bit dissapointed. After that you go to the bathroom, and find some hair on the toalett and at shower too...The rest was ok, but theese things were enough, that I do not make a reservation again in this hotel.

Perfect location near city centre, welcoming and professional staff at both check-in and check-out.Smart modern hotel concept in traditional Dutch houses that is clean, stylish and cost-effective. What made it special is a glass-separated garden, and a pleasant breakfast area where rabbits quietly join you in the morning

Great location close to the central station of Rotterdam. I guess for this price its hard to find something better in overpriced Rotterdam.

The room and bed was tiny, barely passable for a 2 night stay. Refundable deposit of 50euros in case you break the rules and smoke in the room felt like I was staying at a hostel. Then again false fire alarm at 4am confirmed why there is this deposit.

The location is ideal, close to the centre of the city and to many landmarks. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

There was no elevator to our room on the 2nd floor and the stairs were really narrow and steep, a bit dangerous for young kids.

Hotel is in a very easy reach of the centre of Rotterdam. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable with small balcony. Nice continental breakfast. Staff extremally nice and helpful.

We knew in advance, but the steep stairs might be a problem to some people.

Room was clean , nearly renovated.

I did not like staff behaviour on the reception . I was called before book the property for the reception to clarify regarding availability baby bed for today , they told me that is available and I can book the room . I have been processed booking , and at the same moment I have texted about baby bed to prepare. When we arrived baby bed was not prepared , the woman told me that is not possible anymore as the staff responsible about baby bed left , our baby sleep only in the baby bed. I have been asked to check , to call someone to help us , she refused . Than I told okay , just give me the room without , but put two twin bed together , she told that is also not possible , abd if I want two beds together I need to pay extra money . Than I was really disappointed , and told okay I would pay for such room extra money , but I am really pissed of , and not happy with that hotel . I went to park my car , and then when I came back they found some broken one baby bed , and I have used it , I put two normal bed from the sides in order to make it safe . I would not come back to such hotel .

The room was excellent. Much better than we’d expected. We’ve been to many on our European football journeys, but this was one of the best. Helpful staff, especially as they knew we wouldn’t be back until very late after the game.
