super nice hostess and host. Very pleasant stay. Guests could have free coffee or tea plus something to eat.Small room but clean. Could use some refurbishment. However, everything is done to ensure a pleasant stay. That's more important to me. Thanks, I'll be back.

Parking is expensive in front of the door, but there is a cheap car park around the corner. Buiten wordt gerookt en dat kan je binnen wel soms ruiken.

The accommodation was in a good location. Easy to reach. Quiet and peaceful area. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The room was completely adequate. Excellent value for money.

Friendly host, super helpful, good location between town and work. Adequate facilities. Artwork in every room. Coffee and cake was enough to start the day!

Eurostar was delayed so I was quite late for the 18:00 check-in, fortunately, the owner was about to let me in - phew! Next time I'll plan with contingency!

We arrived very late around 2 in the morning on our first night. The guy was not best pleased as we could not find the tiny bit of paper with the code for the door. I understand why he was not too happy! What I would suggest tho is they should get the code printed on a card, same as most other hotels...then people would not lose them. I would recommend the place.

Despite the good location overpriced. The private toilette and bathroom have not been lockable and therefore used by other guests also.

An amazing Dutch experience!! The location was convenient for my purposes, close to the metro line and to the center. The room was clean and adequately furnished. Regarding housekeeping, it was consistent and respectful of my schedule.All the people running the hotel were professional and responsive, especially at reception. Easy processes, convenience and communication are what characterize Hotel Baan

As many other have pointed out, you get what you paid for. However, the family running the hotel were really really nice with us, room was clean and they even give a little breakfast for free

The windows didn’t fully close, so cold air came in at night. There was no iron available for clothes, and overall cleanliness could have been better

The view from my bedroom was wonderful! I stayed at the room 16 and I was happy with my choice. The room is small, but, very clean. Good location close to public transport and restaurants.

The only thing I did not like was the noise from the guests. Some of them arrived at 02h and kept on talking. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other room. The rest, you get what you pay.

The hotel is obviously not a modern place, but it works well and it was nice to have a personal reception and to be able to make tea or coffee in the room. Location is good with the metro nearby and the owner explained how to get to where there are plenty of bars and restaurants across the bridge.

Some milk to go with the tea would have been nice. Nothing to complain about.

I liked the people who word there ,they are so nice .I liked the localisation of the hotel,is near to a lot of restaurants and the river also ans we had an awesome view in our room

The owner was really cool. She was very helpful. They had coffee and breakfast throughout the day.

I like the overall atmosphere of this hotel, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning service is lovely, and I can also have quick breakfast in the dining room. Lovely view outside the window as well.

Nothing I dislike actually. Everything is how they supposed to be.

The room was small but very comfortable for 1 person, it has a Electric kettle and hairdryer. The towels were very clean, also the bathroom. The place has that familiar warm feeling. The host prepared breakfast and it is easy going, great guy. I recommend this place if you have to spend a few nights in Rotterdam.

The hosts, the location and the facilities are great. They are very clean and tidy and also very carefull. I totally recommend! Best way to get to know Rotterdam.
