Very nice automated room with a very large and comfortable bed and a great view.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially at the bar/coffee shop. They made me feel at home and were available 24 hours a day! The room was very comfortable with a wonderful bed and black out curtains. I found it to be great place to com home to, and was constantly impressed by the staff's energy and helpfulness! And the bar itself was a jewel. You could come in for a coffee or tea or beer or food literally any time of the day or night and have a nice conversation, a comfortable seat with a nice view and it felt like being in your own living room- but with a staff helping prepare things!The location is excellent, near the water, next to the cube houses, and across from an amazing market with tons of food choices. Highly recommended!!

The place is great, the room is not very big, but I knew that going in and it was plenty big for me to sleep. This isn't necessarily the place for a big room or gym/pool/etc. It is a perfect place for sleeping and hanging out at a good price.Location is good for being near the fun architecture part of town, but is about a mile walk from central station and that stuff. But really there is no down side to this place. I was very satisfied with it and the price was good!

Silent, comfy and clean room. All the basics but in a funky package. Service was great.

The IPad to set the lighting had some hiccups ..

Very small rooms

One of the nicest hotel experiences I've had. The room was clean, comfortable and more spacious than I could tell from the pictures (the smart controls were a fun and convenient bonus); the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the location is superb - you literally walk out to a metro/train station. Overall, an excellent hotel and a great value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like. That said, I do wish the hotel offered an in-house laundry service as well, but they do have a partner laundry service, whose contact information was provided upon request.

Was clean, friendly staff

Not a particularly pleasant area, found human hair in scrambled egg at breakfast, guests in room next door loud, shouting and screaming after midnight.

Location was good very central

There room wasn't warm enough. Due the winter weather,sleeping close to the winfow was not fine.

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful and generous. They truly made the guests feel at home and comfortable in the hotel. The rooms were compact but really well set out with an exceptionally large comfortable bed. Loved the iPad controls with everything at your fingertips, no looking for remote for tv, blinds, etc. It was fabulous to open the blind to those enormous windows to let in the light and lovely harbour view and then at close the black out blind and feel totally cocooned. Location was fantastic with Blaak station at your door step, trams just metres away and the food market just across the streets the road. Easy walking distance to the central shopping area and a 25 minute walk to the museum centres. A wonderful safe and secure location for a solo traveller, with everything you need, thanks!

Cupboard space is minimal which could be an issue if you were doing a longer stay but was fine for a few days at a time. Shower was small but the pod bathroom worked fine for me, and having the sink outside the pod was a smart idea from a space point of view and to make things accessible if you were sharing the room.

It was just ok.

The room remote took too long to connect Everytime I used it. Bed inconvenient for two people. One had to crawl over the other person.

Staff were friendly when I checked in and out, explained everything clearly to me regarding the use of the iPad to control the TV and other aspects of the hotel room.

Just my view, but I would prefer a multiple of ironing boards & iron be available for guests to use, instead of a dedicated room for one shared iron board. I totally understand if this is by design, but I'd prefer the comfort of doing my ironing in my own hotel room.

Rooms are good and comfortable.

The breakfast was really bad and the eggs was horrible.

Wonderful, helpful staff! Perfect location, close to the station, train, tram and marketplace and famed yellow houses. Also a short work to the museums and central shopping area. Rooms were compact but very comfortable, they feel bigger with the gorgeous big window. Also good supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion etc. Also loved the iPad control, simple to use

If I had to say something, the bathroom was very small and a shelf in there would have been useful

The staff were super helpful and very welcoming! Location was excellent, directly across from public transport and also offered a lot to do within the area.

CitizenM Rotterdam was our favorite place we stayed over the course of our 15 night European trip! We wish we had stayed in additional CitizenM locations in other cities. The location was prime, the staff was super friendly, the amenities including the bar, shades, and fun lights in the room were great. I cannot recommend it enough and truly will look for CitizenM hotels on any future stays.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is cleanest one we have ever been in. The location is great, lots of restaurants & bars in the area, close to Trains& Trams.

The bed is a little hard to get out if you are older or mobile challenged. The person closest to the window has to crawl over the other one. The room is small, but doable for 2 people!

Clean, well designed rooms, very comfortable. Nice building with places to sit, fast check in and out. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. And the best - a great barista available to everyone at breakfast.

Parking occasionally will get full and have to find parking elsewhere, but they offer good suggestions on where.

The rooms were really special, but it was the view from the room that made it (the snow also helped). We loved the huge amount of space given to the bar, lounge, entrance hall etc.. (spent a lot of time sitting there reading)

Nothing. Couldn't improve on it.

I loved the breakfast and attentiveness of the entire crew!

Rooms are on the small side - though efficiency designed

CitizenM is well-located re: transport, sights and restaurants; it's very quiet; the rooms are modern with a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower; the staff are excellent: nothing is too much trouble and they're very kind; the breakfast was good.

The room took time to heat up (iPad controlled) and there was no kettle. There's a bar, which is staffed 24/7, where you can buy hot and cold drinks. The staff kindly gave me a flask with hot water.

Great futuristic/minimalistic concept. Nice shower, amazing bed, cool interiors, nice breakfast, friendly staff, brilliant loaction! I will definitely be coming back again! :)
