The hotel is in an unbeatable location and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Just what you need and nothing you dont. Nice and clean, great location (particularly for the maritime enthused) and a well put together room (albeit small, but its a room on the water!) Mattress was thin but fresh and clean. For the price, it punched above its weight. I payed 100 Euros for my room.

A few small tweaks could have improved it greatly. Proper curtains for the window , better storage in the room/bathroom (shelves & hooks). I don’t like the encouragement to use online check in /check out. Loses the personal touch which is important for a small property

Unusual stay on one of Rotterdam’s many waterways. Staff were all friendly and helpful without exception. 10 minutes walk in any direction to places of interest and good shopping malls. Good transport links nearby.

Family room didn’t have anywhere to put clothes so everything stayed in the suitcase. Not even hooks on the walls. That needed to be sorted! Difficult with 4 people.

The room is small but perfect. It was just me and my dad. We booked a room with a balcony which was great touch, did get very slippery out there. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The shower had good pressure and was large. There was a kettle in the room and tea and coffee supplied. The restaurant smelt very good but we did not eat here

Location was great and the two rooms we stayed in were comfortable. We upgraded our rooms before arrival as one of our friends has a slight disability and both couples decided to upgrade. All the staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a little expensive at 17.50 euro per head but initially we decided to have the breakfast one morning when we had to be out early.

The upgrade to a room with a balcony is not an upgrade in the winter months as it is unusable and the door to the outside makes the room a bit chillier and there is only a view through the velux window. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, when we decided to book one breakfast, we all were told that in fact the breakfast was included (we thought this must have been as we had upgraded), so after this, we decided as it was included, that we would have the breakfast for the Thur and Friday mornings as well as the Tues. When we came to pay the extra for the upgrades at the end of the stay, we were therefore really shocked to be charged for the breakfasts. After some considerable negotiation a reduction was made, but it did feel an uncomfortable end to what had been a good stay.

The bed was not a connected double bed so it was two single beds and the topper was not connected which caused me and my wife to fall off the bed

Grear location and nice cafe on the water

Water in the shower was almost cold, when telling this at reception at checkout there was no reaction to it outside of 'ok'. The room looked a lot nicer on the photos than in real life, bit run down. Lighting is not nice in the room so not cozy like in the photo's.

Excellent location, brillaint view of the water and birdlife on the water. Close to the markethall and other good food options. Very comfortable. Good value for money. Good WIFI

I would have liked the TV to have an option to connect to Youtube/streaming services. However there are plenty of channels to choose from.

Location. Very close to market, centrum, restaurants, museum etc..

Employees were nice to us but unprofessional : bad suggestions, bad pricing, long invoicing process with their system. Charged us extra breakfast without informing us. We request a discount and did not get any.

Nice location, nice rooms

A lot of the stuff in our room was broken (and poorly repaired), such as the ceiling, the toilet bowl, the tiles, etc. There is no big light so although it looks cozy, finding stuff in your bag is difficult. The shower is directly connected with the bedroom with misty glass so you can see the person showering from the bed. The temperature was a bit weird, the corridor and bathroom were really cold, the rooms hot (there was a heater/airco but the combination of the bathroom exhaust directly next to it made the balance difficult).

Nice location on the water, Supermarket and local train nearby. It took me only 20 minutes from the hotel to De Kuip. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay, although there could have been more to chose from

During winter it got very cold, I used the electric heating in the first half of the night. Small bathroom without any heating, it's drafting through the vents.

Everything was clean , the stuff was very friendly . It was confortable with a great view and experience. Great recommandation.

Everything was good! Especially the location, parking and bed! Parking your car there is cheaper than in the city parking lot. I really liked this hotel! 5 star hotel, in my opinion!

Floats by H2otel is very well located in the centre of Rotterdam. A nice concept of a floating hotel in the Leuven haven. Nice bar/ restaurant area. Very welcoming friendly staff.

The space around the vanity is a bit narrow.

Very nice and funny place Sleeping in a boat without sea move it is perfect!!Very beautiful and nice room ( even if a little small, but it is a boat so logical) Well situated in Rotterdam, 8-10 minutes to Markthall
