The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect! The staff were so helpful and the decor and the restaurant was incredible! Gorgeous food and so friendly. Really close to where we were visiting each day.

Beautiful hotel, located right next to the museum park, walking distance from the center but away from the hustle and bustle.

Ideal location if you're interested in the Museums area. It is small and cozy, offering a very good breakfast, also available à la carte.

Beautiful small boutique hotel perfectly located in a quaint district. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food. I had dinner and breakfasts. Every produce is of great quality and the chef is excellent.I also really liked the large bedroom with high ceilings and big windows with a view of the city.

It’s clean, spacious, and good location.

Sometimes it’s not easy to find a member of staff at the reception.

The location was excellent, a five minute tram ride from Rotterdam Centraal station. The decor of the hotel was also pleasant and in keeping with its price-point. The hotel is al.so next to an excellent restaurant.

The shower recess smelled of sewerage when we arrived. The shower was very clean but the smell filtered up from the drain.

The hotel is very close to the museums and to the city center to do some shopping or have a diner or drinks

The guy at the reception was a trainee and was not very fluent in the explanation of the hotel.The restaurant only offered some snacks.

The location and that amenities such as water and snacks were included in the price of the room. Also, the breakfast was great.

Really, just a few small quality of life things were that the heating system made a subtle but constant noise through the evening. Also, the light in the toilet is motion sensor activated and quite bright, so in the middle of the night it’s pretty jarring. Would recommend a gentler light, or just having a regular light switch.

Convenient location, room tastefully done, friendly and thoughtful staff

The room had heating issue throughout my stay despite that the staff tried several times to correct it. To compensate for my discomfort, they kindly complimented one breakfast and one lunch. I greatly appreciate their attempts to address the issue, and would consider staying at this hotel again.

Excellent service and very fresh, well designed and maintained property. It is always a test when you have a problem - we did, and it was dealt with quickly, decisively and very constructively.

We loved the boutique hotel spirit, the spacious modern room, the staff, the breakfast. The close proximity to the Boymans Museum, The New Museum, beautiful avenues, and convenient walking distance to other interesting parts of the city.

One little inconvenience: I bumped my head against a shelf each time I reached for coffee in the room. That shelf should be partially cut out or moved higher.

Large room, comfortable bed, loved the freestanding bath and very clean.

Not many choices on the restaurant menu, especially for vegetarian. So we didn’t eat there.

Lovely small boutique hotel. I loved the design and details (complimentary m&ms = fun). Cosy bar, beautiful restaurant, good art, nice location. The bed was really comfortable.

Two mornings in a row I asked for an oat latte and they forgot and served the coffee with cow's milk. It's okay though :-)

Location is perfect

The room facilities were used and not renewed (cotton pads) after the previous guest, reception person was rude and very subjective

The hotel is located close to the museum park with its museums. There is a tram stop across the street. We liked the room with 2 large bright windows, through which you can see the trees. The bed and bedding was perfect.The breakfast was good: not a buffet of choice but buffet set, if you live there longer, it may seem a little monotonous.

Absolutely above expectations:Great room service, design, bar, breakfast and location.

Everything was perfect the only inconvenience is that the elevator didn’t get till our room but it was a minor thing.
