Wonderful stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and curious.

Everything was clean and well maintaned. Breakfast was pretty good. But the staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help.

Stayed here for the Spijkenisse marathon, very nice staff. They let us check out at 17:00 the next day so we could shower after the marathon. Nice room and good breakfast!

The only thing I didn’t like as much was the hardness of the bed very firm. Good for people with a bad back ?

I don't know what I liked. Maybe calmness? Just a basic hotel with bed, table, chair, bathroom - cleaned every day.

Breakfast is very simple and basic. Was hoping for a bit more of varieties. The bed is quite comfortable but pillows are not. They are just horrible and should be replaced ASAP. I saw that sheets were not of first freshness - they had stains... I don't think I would choose that hotel again, to be honest.

The owner was very helpful and kind! Bed was comfy, good location and nice bathrooms.

Great location as it is near to the ferry port of Hook Van Holland.Nice menu and my favourite Dutch beer her tog Jan on draft.My default stop over after a long drive across Germany on route home to the UK.

Very good and fresh breakfast. Room was very clean. Mattress was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

A few facilities need to be updated. The decor in the hallway is outdated. The hair dryer is terrible and burns your hand. The pillows are lumpy and inconsistent.

The halls are not inviting at all, smells and looks like something from a bad movie scene. Dining area is also outdated. Scrambled eggs weren't the best. The fridge was noise, disturbing my sleep, unplugged it the second night.I didn't ask for room clean, they did it anyway and I left the room thinking no one will enter it as i didn't want it to. Couldn't turn on the tv, probably a remote control issue.

I only wish there was a small dresser with perhaps a couple drawers to put some clothes, so I did not have to keep using my suitcases as a dresser.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute to enjoy a weekend on the Dutch coast. It's neatly located - about half way between Westkapelle and The Hague (Scheveningen), just south of Rotterdam in a suburb. The place is nested in a shopping area, close to a cinema - so plenty of free parking and very quiet at night. The staff was extremely helpful and even placed out cooling elements in the freezer so we could enjoy cold beverages the next day on the beach. Breakfast was surprisingly good and we especially enjoyed the open terrace by the canal - there were fresh flowers and wild birds nearby. Finally, the air conditioner in the room was brand new, so we could sleep very well. Comfy beds and new chairs. It looked like the hotel was slowly updating its facilities.

The hair dryer in the room seemed 30 years old... I was hesitant to use it due to the smell of the air coming out, and the color of the cord (imagine a yellow/ brown shade). Additionally, there was nearly no noise privacy, unfortunately. We could hear everything on the corridors, and in the rooms nearby. Sadly someone (another guest) needed medical attention while we were there and it was impossible not hear every conversation the doctors, nurse and cleaning staff were having.
