Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast but not cheap.

Not super convenient to places, exc the airport but we were not flying. Surprised there was not more direct metro options directly from airport to Rotterdam.

Scammers

I didn't even stay there. They tried to force a payment that was above the value of the room when I tried to explain to them and issue i had, and I wanted to rebook or cancel the booking. After being contacted, instead of replying or being willing to find a solution, this scamming hotel simply tried to charge a random amount to my card, which was above the value of the booking. My bank flagged the source as known for fraudulent suspicious activity so clearly this is something that this hotel does many times. Will never ever stay there or recommend to anyone.

the beds are not comfortable specially the double bed and there was no trash bin in the room , I can not turn off the aircondition therefore, the room was cold for my son.

It is very close to the airport. It is clean and the people are friendly

Got the wrong room first. Then at 10am the cleaning lady opened our door. We were sleeping. My wife got really scared.

The breakfast was very good - thank you!

Cleanliness is noticeable. In fact the entire city is so clean- the hotel seems like an extension of it. Staff are helpful.It’s very good value for money.

Location is a bit far from city. Then again- they aren’t charging a lot.The staffs of the restaurant were surprising. I waited for more than half an hour- unnoticed. Then finally had to go to another restaurant.

The receptionists don't even want to answer you as if the Netherlands is theirs.I will stay at such a hotel and pay for such people, and such treatment is very bad. 2. the sheets and pillows were very dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable, the room was very small 3. Even if you smoke in front of the door, they look at you badly, but there is always a smell of marijuana inside the hotel and in the parking lot. 4. Finally, I'll try to post a video here. We almost went crazy until the morning because of the noise coming from the bathroom in the so-called hotel where we went to rest. parking 25 euros plus. 5 .The window does not closecold weather is coming6. I booked a double bed. If it wasn’t an option to book one, I would have looked for another hotel. After making the reservation, I received a message that it couldn’t be reserved ahead. I ended up with a twin bed.

Stut was rude and a lot of live , inside of the room was dirty , just terrible

I didn’t like anything, i booked here one single bed but they gave me 2 single bed, who care about 2 beds , we are couple there , this fletcher hotel ruin our mood during 3 days even 2 days we stay there last day we just left , it was terrible

Close to airport

Noisy, thin mattress/topping that moved and was too soft. Price too high for the basic room.

This plate of rotting food stood for 3 days under my door and, I think, is still there. This is very strange, because my room was cleaned, although they forgot a dirty rag in the bathroom next to my personal belongings and forgot to pour shower gel.The breakfast was poor , the fruits were also not fresh , which did not bother the staff at all.

The staff was friendly.
