Hotel âme

The hotel was in a great location and had a cozy design. The room was large, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in their lobby cafe.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator or staircases. Be aware of this if you have large luggage.

Shower was not closing till end, made some noises . You would need to press so hard to get it closed.

Cozy room. Very clean. Love the coffee shop , best coffee in town!Also the breakfast was delicious.Staff were friendly and welcoming.

No elevator. I requested a room in the ground floor but the hotel was full.

This place is simply gorgeous. Clean, open, and spacious. We loved the aesthetic of it all, and the cafe was a super place for coffee and a bite. Staff was warm and friendly. Perfect.

Nothing! Although we were on the main strip, the provided earplugs kept things quiet to sleep.

I took the “petite” room which has just a bed, tv and toilet and shower. Not much room but very clean and comfortable, and good value. The location is great, easy to find from the central station and close to all other transport options. The location is also great for shops, restaurants and the city centre. There is a chic cafe in the same building but it is rather expensive.

The stairs would be difficult for anyone very elderly or infirm. It is rather noisy outside in the evenings.

No lift, construction site next door

Stuff was very friendly, especially 2 Korean looking girls and 1 guy. They helped me with my baggage because there was no elevator.

Sound isolation really could be better. The walls are quite ok, but doors and windows don't really hold sound almost at all.

Breakfast was nice

The room I stayed had sewage smell from time to time, not great when staying in a small room that has no toilet door. And at the top of surfaces there were a lot of dust. I was not expecting at all, but I have gained a lot of insect bites by staying in the room.

Everything was Perfect. Nice, beautiful, well located, amazing staff.

Sometimes was a bit loud at night but they provide earplugs so all was solved.

It is a loft with perfectly designed decoration.Also it is quite innovative, where you can use an online-lock to open/lock the door. Although this is not really sth hard to do, but this is so far the first hotel to do so, and such functionality actually comes in handy, I don’t need to find the keycard anymore.

The only and pretty obvious downside is the lack of space, where you can alr tell during booking (coz it shows the space size).Although known this before, it is still a pity that it is hard for me to fully open my luggage case. After put the opened luggage case in the floor, it fully blocks the walking path.

Excellent location in the heart! Dining opportunities abounded! Very helpful and attentive staff
