Second stay at Pincoffs - highly recommended because the accommodation is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the Metro that connects to every part of Rotterdam

Nothing,either than my stay was too short

It was the first time for me in Rotterdam and besides the city, the stay at the hotelsuites made it even more wonderful ! Really friendly staff, very classy and retro style bar. Room was big with a sitting area and a sleeping area. Very clean carpets and everything was very right. Walking distance to the main areas and the Erasmus bridge. Breakfast served on the table with a smile. Very wholesome experience in all and highly recommended !

Beautiful style, everything fits in the concept. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly.

Noice in de room because of heating, not enough water in the shower, bad Pillows. Too young employees with not always the experience.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel room with super comfy beds. All amenities you need available and if you need more amenities, it's easy top order from the hotel room. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent and we love the way they furnished the hotel while keeping the history alive. Also a green key hotel.

The reception was kind, the room was spacious and included a sitting area and from the window we looked over the Maas. The bed was perfect and everything worked in the bathroom. Also a very nice breakfast. And all interior decorations were tasteful.

We went out in the evening and when we cane back we rang many times on the doorbell and when we had no answer we rang on the telephone. It only lasted 10 minutes but it felt a bit odd. I also would have liked to lower the temperature in the room for sleeping. I forgot to ask about that so perhaps it is possible.

Loved everything about this property, staff were delightful and so very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The lighting in the bedroom made it difficult to see when getting ready.

Nothing. As an assist maybe let breakfast attendees know what is available a little better - we got the eggs+ option but the cereal on the side seemed to relate to a different option.

The bath drain was very slow, despite complaining it didn’t get resolved. The bed was very soft and not great for the back! Overall it was just there.

The staff were amazing. The young lady at the desk accommodated us with a very early check in. This was so much appreciated as we were tired and I was not feeling well.. She was great. Always asking if we needed anything., giving us directions etc.It is a beautiful old building. With very high ceilings and windows. We were impressed.!!

First of all the staff are all really super friendly, super professional and very quick in any query or issue I raised. The room was also extremely nice and loved my stay there.

There are a lot of details that are missing (but all have been resolved very quickly):- only 2 hangers in the wardrobe.... - the pillows in the bed are very poor and of extremely low quality... sorry but that really needs a change- not a single pen in the room- wife password given on my screen in the room was different from the wifi password I found later near the entrance... very confusing.... and very unnecessary

Characterful and tastefully restored. Comfortable rooms and communal areas. Bike storage.

The room was very fun and cozy. Skylights, exceptionally comfortable duvet covered beds, and a warm, lovely bathroom and tub were among the delightful amenities of this suite. Room service dinner was delicious and staff made our stay as personal as possible. They held our baggage while we toured with friends before check-in and graciously made my husband comfortable in the drawing room the next day after check out--while I went to the nearby Fenix Museum before our afternoon flight.

Absolutely wonderful. The location, the decor the layout all fabulous. However it was the staff who made the stay so memorable. Very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was wonderful as well.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, everything from the lobby to the halls to the room was spotless. Inside the room itself was spacious and very comfortable and the air conditioning was very appreciated. A short walk to the nearest tram and metro stop so travel around the city was very easy. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Breakfast was in a bright and charming dining room, buffet plus service. Food was excellent.

Great staff, super welcoming. The room under the roof was spacious and cosy, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice hotel with high ceiling and a lot of space. The staffs were super nice as well.
